The website is terrible, (I think under construction) and the customer service there is the worst I have ever experienced. Don't regret it like I do, go with 99designs, much more professional.
Vincent L. Gavin of CBI Solutions Group guaranteed a credit score of 850. He charged $750.00 for this "service" but I never received those results. Vincent L. Gavin, Lisa Cooper-Gavin od CBI Solutions Group and his business partner, Raymie "Ray" Henderson Sr of H&H Fast Properties stole $80,000.00 from me and my husband. They used a real estate ponzi scheme to rob us and destroy our credit. They created a con and scheme of developing a Veteran's Center investment on the South side of Chicago. Unbeknownst to us, there is no such center being constructed. They lied and said they had a contract with the VA. They have yet to return our investment. Vincent L. Gavin also gave my personal credit card number to his business partner, which it was later revealed that he is a convicted felon (also on parole) for money laundering and mortgage fraud, Raymie "Ray" Henderson w/o my permission or consent to attempt to make unauthorized purchases at a department store. What a terrible group of people. The most High God see and know; you reap what you sow. Nothing but illness and bad energy will pursue them throughout life until they make amends for their transgressions. Pursuing all legal and criminals options.

Don't buy from this place. This company had a salesman who called and called and called me and happened to catch me at a time when I was looking to purchase some promotional items. I decide sure I'll give you my business. I negotiate a price and they say they'll honor it so long as I pay with a credit card. Should have been my first guess something was off but they gave me a great deal so I said sure. Nearly a month later, I hadn't heard back from the company so I tried to follow up..no answer. I call every number they have, no answer and the business number was apparently disconnected. The Last contact we had to this point they were trying to figure out the product number. I tell them that the online Catalog was down (still is to this day) and that if I could get into that I could tell them. How they didn't have it is beyond me. I finally get in touch with Ben, the owner, and he very carelessly and annoyed seeming takes my call and guarantees me that the product will be to me by the time I needed them for an event. The event was about 7 weeks from this conversation. I tell him that they haven't even given me the dimensions for the art work yet so I was a little skeptical. He guarantees me that they'll get back to me the next day to take care of it. Next day comes and goes as well as the next week. I email again, no response. I finally ask for a refund and the owner says we'll get you taken care of tomorrow, apologizes and says he had an emergency. At this point I had asked if there was an emergency just because this seemed so unreal that a business could operate this poorly. So if he had an actual emergency or not, I can't say. Another tomorrow comes and goes and another couple of days with nothing. Finally his art guy contacts me and my art guy and in one day we had everything taken care of art wise. His art guy was apologetic and said he was left out of the loop but would take care of it. On the approval form, it clearly states 7 days from approval that customer would have the stuff. 12 business days have passed now and still nothing. No updates, nothing. I emailed again bother the art guy and the owner to ask if there was a shipping number or an update since my event at this point was 1 week away. The response: Ben says these items will go out the end of next week. End of next week??! I need them by Thursday I tell them. I mention all their guarantees. And now we go back to the no responding. My greatest hope now is that either the items show up on time and I can just be done with this company or that my credit card company will come through and withdraw the $1800 payment for crap I've not received. Looking like I may have to bring lawyers into the matter. Here's the deal, if I was even given some updates when I requested-I could handle not having the product on time. It would suck, but at least I'd know I was dealing with some honest guys. My opinion, these guys are crooks. No one probably even will read this since the company doesn't appear to have much business anymore but it feels good to at least warn others. Most of the reviews I've read from others are terrible too, didn't see those until after. And it always ends with Ben coming forth to claim he has never conducted business with the person or that they're lying. Maybe this gets around and maybe someone catches these little phonies. Awful experience.

This place is unreliable, we placed an order for 3000 magnet calendars and recived an email our order was ready for pick up at any time. At the time of the pick up the owner Adrian told me that he was sorry but only 1000 were ready due to having a power outage and his machines braking down, when my staff counted them it was only 576 we called Adrian and he said he was sorry but his wife had counted them and she would double with her to see how many were realy there. He then told me the rest would be done by the end of the following week, he then continued to give me the runarrouds about them not being ready. It is understanding if his machines were not working, but why lie and give me diffrent dates that the order is complete if ots not, then he said he was really sorry and that he was going to have a friend help him finish my order. I told him this was the last chance and that if he did not have them done by the deadline I wanted my money back...... Then when the magnats were finally ready Adrian said he included 50 extra magnets due to the inconvence,my staff recounted them and AGAIN we were short 150 and also were was no 50 extra, at this point I dont care for any extra I just want what I paid for and not have nothing to do with him. When we contact him again I said if he cant come up with my 150 missing magnets I wanted the diffrence of my money back, he told me they woud be ready by the followin week. Decided to give him extra time so there was no more excuses and called him on a saturday and he said no he was not in and Tuesday was better for him but to call him before so make sure he was there. Tuesday afternoon around 4:30 pm he said he was out on delivery but would be back in the store by 6:30pm called him on both his personal and buissnes phone number and would not answer the following morning I recived and email fron him thatthe magnets will e ready on Friday. WHY WASTE MY TIME THE DAY BEORE AND NOT JUST TELL ME THE ORDER IS NOT DONE. HE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO SEE USE HIS SERVICES.
I think the one-star reviewer is a bit sensitive. The people who work at/own Quicker Printers are fine. Granted, not fakey friendly, but professional if you act professional to them. Prices are reasonable at this shop, and I consider it an asset to the neighborhood -- which, by the way, is far from ghetto. Houses on the block start at the half-million dollar range and go up from there. My five star review is intended to balance out the one star review from the other reviewer.
