On 2/9/2018 I arrived at the PNC located on 73rd and Stoney Island. I was very disappointed that I waited 15 minutes while a second teller set at her computer and failed to assess me. When I finally arrived at the teller, a second customer arrived at the branch and the teller who failed to assist me immediately opened her window to assist this customer. In addition to the poor service I received, the teller who was assisting me system went down in the middle of my transaction. The money was removed from my account and was informed that they have not received the funds. Which means my funds are just floating in limbo at this point. So not only have I yet to receive the money order that I originally requested, my account is now basically missing funds and I’m still here at the bank 40 minutes later. With still no solution to my issue.
So we bought a car from you guys, fell behind on payments, got repoed which is not the issue. The issue is I just left the lot location on 3100 Grand Ave in Waukegan, IL to get my possessions and my cell phone was stolen from the armrest of the car. So I am happy to inform you that I am reporting this to the cops, the better business bureau, the village of Waukegan, as well as contacting my lawyer on this issue.
Horrible people, very rude selfish, and they are criminals. I will never deal with these people again
No longer provides a drive-thru or change counting service. BMO Harris . . . a bank that no longer provides the services expected from a bank! Thank you for the major inconvenience! Way to go BMO!
zero stars .. I woman withdrew over $13,000 from my account...4 different withdrawals ...2 at this brand from the same teller!!!..my account number was given to a woman with a fake Florida driver's liscense (I live in Illinois) and stolen VISA card (cancelled and not longer good) who stated I don't have PIN (my account DOES have a PIN). What incompetence ....

if you need a mortgage from hell apply with this bank in my 32 years dealing with banks all over the world I rate this bank as the worth bank I ever dealt with.on 12/2/2009 I applied for a mortgage with this bank and after submitting multitude of informations for a mortgage in the amount of $200,000 I was told by the loan officer every thing is good and all what I need to do send them$385 for the appraisal which I did and the appraisal was done and the closing date was set for 3/30/2010 for my surprise one week before the closing I get a call from my attorney that the loan officer I am dealing with was fired and the bankdo not even have an application for me ,it took them more than 5 hours to find the application and they had the nerve to start the process all over again ,based upon my several conversation with the loan officer I rented my present house in Texas and forwarded my mail to the new address now I am going to Chicago next week ,I have no place to go.for the un proffessional behavior of this bank.this bank should be banned from doing any mortgages and should be fined for their total disregard for all Federal and State Laws concerning mortgages ,run away from this bank and do not even think of applying for a mortgage with them unless you want to have a heart attack dealing with ignorance and un proffesional ,untrained employees who do not know what they are doing.this bank should be given ZERO star for their unacceptable handling if mortgage applications.
I bought a car. Got financed from total finance.I will never go there again they are unprofessional n a bunch of rip offs. Can't wait to pay off my car loan. They impose fees that are ridiculous . if your one day late or your payment is on a Sunday rest assure first thing Monday they are blowning up your phone n imposing fees. Horrible place n I would never recommend this place to anyone. You can buy a brand new car for what they charge u for a high mileage used car. Ridiculous rip offs...better business should look into this company. I give one star because I have no choice to not give any.
i will never give stars to this business they have a very horrible service ever from their dealership all the the way. I bought a car and next day the engine light came up I asked the guy what is this? and he was just acting like may be it's just a sensor or something. I hate their website is full of spanish so i do not know for people like us who do not understand spanish what do we do it is very very tough business i am not happy but i have no choice i decided to go with a payments since i have already committed myself. BIG NO RECOMMENDATION TO ANYONE
