This store is worst thier sister and custumer service was really bad they messed up my bridal dress which is cost 1500$ they showed me original piece they said we are gonna customise your dress by your size when is ready that was totally change colour design everything they said this is your order they are not even giving my money back and they are asking me more money to fix that i would never suggest anyone this place bitches working this place they just need fucking money and thats it

From my experience, they do preventative maintenance on some patients while they use other patients for clinical procedures. Reading a reviewer who said she was put on preventative maintenance, I came to this school expecting the same. They never put me on a preventative maintenance schedule so I received cleanings/checkups only once every 12 to 15 months.What is even worse is that every time I was assigned a new student, they would re-drill one or more of my back molars. I trusted them since the students are supervised by professors. But since I left, my new dentist told me this was unnecessary work and all my back teeth need crowns (since the dental school drilled big holes in all my back teeth).Going there is like playing Russian Roulette with your teeth. The services may SEEM more economical there, but the damage they can do to your teeth can cost you more in the long run than had you gone to a real dentist (this is a school, not a dentist's office).
Went to the school on 79th St. Terrible hazing, sexual harassment, and lots of steady disrespect ...from the male and female staff members. Full scholarship offered (except for tools and books) but my education was NOT FREE!!!!!

Bought a kids ride on car online. Showed In-Stock, gave them my $ got a confirmation Email. A day later I called to confirm order. Was told item was ordered but the person who does the online sales is off. No problem. The next day I called again to confirm. Apologized and inform me they sold out of the one I ordered. I agree to settle for 2nd color choice. Got confirmation for next week Thursday shipment, no problem. Later that day, I get a call saying they need another $195. I already paid, had receipt, seen deduction in my account... you want another what $195? The manufacture said you aren't charging enough, was the response. I suggested that they should pay the difference. Most places I order from have it shipped out within 2 days. And you are just getting around to verifying inventory and your pricing? That's not the right way to treat your customer's. Unwilling to sell it for the price they agreed to and that I already paid $1200 for. Sad, way to treat consumers.
I will never go back to Larry's in Joliet until Toya is no longer there she is loud rude and ghetto she is always on the phone she talks down to her students in front of customers. Other people I know that go there said she is always physically fighting and cursing with clients. I would rather pay more and go to a real shop then that deal with that level of unprofessionalism. I will make sure I tell people to never go there until she is no longer there, this is no way to run a business or a school. My son wanted to attend here but no way and will be finding him another school. Beware if you go there!
Terrible customer service. The woman who waited on me today was dismissive & rude. It's a shame because there were a couple of dresses that were exactly what I was looking for.
