So after waiting for an hour and 30 mins just to get into the store for its Grand Opening just to find out that the store was out of stock on certain items not good for a store that just opened also not to mention when I talk to a supervisor I was advised that there was nothing they could do and sorry. Well just gose to show the customer service provided not even a courtesy discount or a gift card to compensate for the long time waiting in a huge line. Unfortunately I wI'll not be going back to that store. Not like La Grange where they are willing to help in any way to satisfy the customer.. just a heads up...
I've been going here since 2000. The selection is wonderful! You can get to smell one or more before you purchase them. The ower, she is very nice and knowledgeable. My boyfriend wanted to try oils and I told him about one love. He now has his own collection... The prices are great! I will definitely come back again.. With a list! Heather Pierce
Frank has been my long time mechanic. A true staple in the community, someone I can truly count on. Stopped in on my way home with a flat tire. He was just about to close shop but was more than willing to take care of me. Stand up guy.
Its not enough for the consumer to the tolerate the fluctuating gas prices, and yet take a chance on purchasing contaminated gas. I purchase contaminated gas from "Shells" 4700 S. Michigan Chicago 60615 the first part of the year. The owner Abdul Muhamid. 2 hours after purchasing this gas my car began shaking vigorously, and thereafter shutting off. This happen to me 3 times before I finally made it home. Mind you I drive a 2015 Sonic Chevy. The next morning I started my car and it shut off repeatedly. I then called for road side assistance and had my car towed to the dealership. The mechanics dropped the engine and had to replace many parts. Labor/parts totaling $777 due to contaminated gas. It was fortunate for me purchasing this gas with my credit card. (proof of date and purchase). I spoke to the owner (Abdul Muhamid) personally in person about this issue and I also showed him the invoices and receipts, etc. With a nonchalant attitude the owner refused to accept liability.
Very rude owner, horrible customer service. The owner is very hostile and confrontational. All I wanted was an estimate and work done on my car and he was rude from the beginning. Not sure why he wouldn't want the work, or what is wrong with him but I will obviously never go to him again and will make sure to let everyone know to go somewhere else. I have a newer car so maybe he couldnt figure out what was wrong. Either way, the man clearly has problems. Too bad, it would be nice to have a good mechanic in the neighborhood.
I got gas from here and now my car is going to cost 900 bucks to fix... They had a bad tank of gas.. Now I have no other choice but to fix the car... But they should pay to have it fixed since their gas is what made my car stop
The owner sold me an array of oil burners, (wholesale) and did not give me what I ordered. I was out of the country during the time of his delivery and he delivered to my salon/boutique exactly what I specifically did not want. He never returned my money (which I paid in advance), nor would he meet me for an exchange of goods. I called the Ford City Location (over & over) to only reach his wife, which became extremely rude & uncaring of her husband's deceitful dealings, in "our" business deal. The wife "claims" to be a Christian; I was extremely surprised at the foul treatment. She was the kindest woman, before she & her husband got my hundreds of dollars. I'm stuck with these UGLY oil burners & it's years later. I've only sold one. He gave me the ugliest ones that he had. I guess he wanted to dump them on me. Sad face... He promised & promised to get back to me for an exchange when the new oil burners arrived, but that never happened. I called & called but they learned my number(s) and ignored all calls. I was trying to buy milk they had a sign that said free milk with purchase of cereal the man took the sign down didn'honor that as I was walking away another sign milk 199 and he didn't want to honor that ain't that some type of false advertisement
This gas station sucks!!!!! The store section of the gas station NEVER have what you want or need and the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. They deserves no star at all. Very poor service and needs new management.
