I found myself in a tough spot- a flat tire beyond repair after driving it a half mile on the crummy roads. Needless to say, I know that I needed a new tire. I was attending a meeting and Labastida was recommended to me. I was a bit apprehensive, but I gave a call. Within the hour they came to my workplace, removed the shredded tire, replaced the tire with a quality used tire of the same brand, put it on my car, returned my keys for a great price. They were polite, personable, efficient and professional. I would make a trip to meet these people again. The worry and stress they saved me, PRICELESS. Great folks! Their TRING to charge me Elina Baptiste 3 separate fees pertaining to a late fee and I've always been on time the luminardi's didn't abuse their customers n that way nor did they leave doo doo n the elevator for one week tissue n the bathroom is always a problem because theirs never any and now that they see all the trouble working n a storage facility can be their acting like their mad at their customers one manager barfed at a customer who's disable with no where to go so he sleeps n his car at the storage I reported it then they put n another decent manager who's there to make sure that everything stays like it's supposed to be so now I got my money order for 184.00 plus the one late fee but that's not what they want they want three different fees for the one bill that they combined n sept ember but didn't go into effect until October besides that they've already raised the rent I'm not paying three fees for one bill I told her that she laughed why should one bill have three fees their robbing me for the gang as a matter of fact they might becgang related
Would leave 0 stars if I could. I rented a unit from the Little Village LIfe Storage almost 2 years ago - moved out a week ago. The first frustrating thing to happen was raises in rates three times since my signing up in a fairly short period of time - nothing changed, just the price went up - THREE TIMES! Second, we had someone living in a storage unit next to ours for who knows how long - they threw their trash over the wall into our unit resulting in mice infiltrating our unit and pooping and peeing on all our stuff. How the staff can't know when someone lives inside a unit is beyond me (oh yeah, they're never there). Third, when deciding to move out and attempting to communicate with the office staff, I called over 10 times with no answer or ability to leave a message (mailbox was full!). I had to call corporate to speak to someone - and then after escalation to the area manager, my calls weren't returned for over a week. Never once was I able to talk to someone at our facility. Fourth, upon moving out - no one was at the location to make the moving carts available even though we were there during posted open hours. This is part of what my rent was paying for and was a service I was expecting. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of. No local staff, no customer service, no resolution of problems = no longer a customer.
Great Hardwood Flooring Services Inc refinished all wood floors on 1st floor and stairs to 2nd floor. They have a large collection of stain colors and finishes , I ended up with dark charcoal grey color and matt finish. They made my floor look wonderful.
Our belongings mysteriously disappeared. The staff was useless helping figure out what happened to our personal effects. We trusted this company at a pivotal and vulnerable time in our lives, and they lacked empathy. I bought insurance, but they did not honor it. Horrible experience!

Having a paved driveway or parking lot has many benefits over gravel, dirt, and even concrete. It's neater, looks better, and doesn't turn to mud when it rains. However, a paved asphalt lot or driveway comes with maintenance requirements of its own.
Asphalt expands and contracts with the temperature and weather conditions. This improves durability, but over time, it's important to make sure the asphalt is still holding strong.
There are two common ways to maintain aging asphalt pavement. Many people opt for repavement, but seal coating is also a good option. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages.
Repaving your asphalt driveway or lot entails putting new asphalt down. It can either be laid on top of the existing driveway, or the current asphalt can be torn up and replaced. If the asphalt has undergone major damage, such as large cracks, or is deteriorating from underneath due to groundwater erosion, repaving might be the best course of action. Putting it off might only make the problem worse.
The cost to rip up an old driveway, remove the debris, and lay down a new one is usually several thousand dollars, with some jobs costing up to $5,000, depending on the scope of work and the home or business location.
If your driveway is in fairly decent shape, and you are performing simple preventative tasks to keep it strong for many more years, repaving it completely probably isn't necessary. Porous asphalt is usually laid on top of a recharge bed that rainwater can drain into through the pavement. It's a common choice in parking lots to prevent surface flooding and can also help improve groundwater quality.

Are You Insured?
Any time you hire a contractor to complete a project at your home, you should double-check to make sure the company is insured. Liability and worker's compensation are good starts, but having an umbrella policy and auto liability are also ideal.
Is Your Asphalt Recycled?
Most asphalt is partially made of recycled material. Some people prefer recycled asphalt because it's more environmentally friendly than new asphalt. However, too much older material in your new driveway can make it look worn down and decrease its lifespan. Be sure to inquire about the ratio of new to recycled asphalt.
What Type of Equipment Do You Use?
Asphalt needs to be laid quickly and efficiently to ensure it looks nice. Asphalt that begins to cool before the rest of the job is done will end up sloppy. If your contractor uses outdated equipment that is prone to breakdowns, you're taking the risk that this situation will occur.
If the contractor responds to this question by saying he or she can pave an asphalt driveway by hand, consider looking for another contractor. He or she might be highly skilled at hand-paving, but a machine will generally do a better job that will look nicer and last longer.
How Much Will It Cost?
Of course, you'll want to get a quote during your contractor interviews. One red flag is being asked for a down payment. The typical asphalt paving job shouldn't require a down payment.
If the quote sounds too high, ask what is included. The size of the job will make a difference, as well as necessary materials. How Many People Will Work on My Project?

Joints are usually the weakest part of a paving job, and inadequate joint construction can eventually lead to cracks.
Longitudinal cracks are parallel to the road's centerline or the direction the driveway or parking lot was paved. They are usually caused by poor joint construction or simply aging pavement.
Transverse cracks run perpendicular to the road's centerline, and can be caused by poor joint construction as well. Seasonal or daily temperature changes can also contribute to transverse cracks.
Joint reflection cracks occur on asphalt surfaces that are laid over concrete surfaces.
Bird Baths, Edge Cracks, and Rutting
These issues are usually seen on the sides of roads. Bird baths, or depressions, are caused when the pavement isn't as deep in one area, or the land on which the road was laid is uneven. A slight depression can be fixed with another layer of asphalt.
Edge cracks are generally caused by weak edges. When there isn't enough support at the edge, the road will begin to stress and crack over time.
Rutting occurs in the wheel tracks of a road and is generally seen when the asphalt isn't thick enough to support traffic.
