I found myself in a tough spot- a flat tire beyond repair after driving it a half mile on the crummy roads. Needless to say, I know that I needed a new tire. I was attending a meeting and Labastida was recommended to me. I was a bit apprehensive, but I gave a call. Within the hour they came to my workplace, removed the shredded tire, replaced the tire with a quality used tire of the same brand, put it on my car, returned my keys for a great price. They were polite, personable, efficient and professional. I would make a trip to meet these people again. The worry and stress they saved me, PRICELESS. Great folks! I was on my way to my next meeting without worrying about having to find a reputable place to fix a tire. Thanks again!
Good quality service ,reasonable prices
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!John performs all work on vehicles, and will be your best friend until you have an issue with something. Then you see the real "customer service". I have been lied to, hung up on, and verbally berated by John over the last couple months because I am trying to get a refund on a defective part.Another mechanic (who actually fixed the problem) confirmed that part was destroyed due to negligence upon installation.I could only recommend for minor paint repairs.Steer clear for anything electronics or steering related if you value your time/money.
Dishonest & not upstanding! Canceled my service after ruining hundreds of dollars of property and justified this by saying he wasn't receiving payment for the hours of work it took to destroy it so we're even...WTH!? To add insult to injury, he also admitted he was canceling my service because he wanted to avoid negative feedback from surfacing online. How wrong is this?! I called the police to intervene in the injustice and they responded that there was nothing they could do because the dispute is considered a civil matter and I would have to take up this issue in court. Thankfully, I was made whole for the products he ruined, but the experience itself was so undeserving and a complete waste of time spent over several failed visits. Furthermore, I refuse to be robbed of my right to leave feedback and already contacted the corporate entity that brought me this business for restitution and will continue to submit my truthful feedback in every forum I can find.Beware and patronize elsewhere...
I had my car towed to this place because it wouldn't start. They tested it and said it was my starter. They also told me they weren't going to charge me for checking my alternator and battery. I paid $400 to get my starter replaced. Later that day after picking my car up it wouldn't start. I took it to another mechanic and they said it was my battery. They fixed it and I haven't had a problem since. Because they never wrote on my paper that they checked my battery and alternator showing no signs of damage I couldn't sue them for ripping me off. Always check your paperwork to make sure they wrote down everything they did. I certainly would NEVER go here again or recommend it to anyone.
They over change, they wanted $220 for brakes on a jeep, I paid $220 for front and back and did it myself, I told them not to open a particular door cause it won't close again unless I messed with it, when I poo picked up my car, I found out they opened that door and didn't say anything to me, the guy that did it said it was by accident
If you are a car enthusiast like me, I'm sure that you'll appreciate this shop. There are lots of items here on sale. Come visit if you have time.

Dishonest, Quote you a price then tell you otherwise when you get there. Worst mistake. Jose the manager would lure you to take your car there then charges escalates. Don't ever made the same mistake I did.
Horrible experience! I have never been disrespected by an owner who is expected of nothing other than professionalism! Called me baby cakes several times!
