If your smart do not rent ,sell,or buy from these crooks I lived in my apartment that I rented for two years paid my rent on time re-month and left it better than the condition we moved in on and they took my deposit to fix the repairs that needed to be fixed before I moved in they would not return my calls When I'm asking about my deposit money took them 97 days for them to tell me in an email that my deposit was used to fix the previous renters stuff . The thing they did fix took 150 days from the fix the garage door so that it would shut I was on nights while my family was in that place with the garage door wide open I hope that people see this so it doesn't happen to them
Do NOT rent through this company. Worst group of people I have ever dealt with. They are completely disrespectful and they are absolute crooks. They came into our house before our lease was even up and threw all of our stuff on the curb, stole stuff, and changed our locks. They also charged us for things that we didn't do and when we tried to contact them they never answered us. They never do anything about work orders yet they mark them as complete and charge you for them. Don't rent through them unless you want to be out a lot of money and want to be treated like dirt. Rob is an awful human being and loves taking advantage of people.

Very very bad advice , i' m shocked,they took commissions of $ 2400 lasct december 2014 but I could not complete purchase after three months , I still do not have the deposit returned , moreover on phone never respond . stay away from this company, they are not able to offer the houses that publish on the site , but use the houses to get paid commissions , communication with customer is poor , they only respond to emails they want, to their liking. Stay away.

NEGATIVE STARS! I have been renting from Crown since June. Everything was fine the first few months but now I can't wait to get out! In early December I called to notify Crown that our baseboard electric heat was not working. No answer. Then on a Thursday morning I woke up and it was 40 degrees in the house and the kitchen pipes were frozen. They sent the maintenance guy to thaw the pipes so I informed him that the heaters did not work properly and that we were running a space heater instead. He insisted that the heaters would work if I "just turned them on". I explained that we had had them on before, but we weren't going to continue to pay to run heaters that didn't work. Again, he insisted that they work, so he turned them all on and I turned off the space heater. They ran all day and all night and when I woke up the next day it was only 45 degrees (the temperature outside had gone up about 10 degrees since the day before). So again I called Crown and told them the house was still cold and the pipes were still frozen. They told me they would try to get someone over to look at it on Monday. So from Thursday-Monday I had no heat with sub-zero temperatures outside, and no water in my kitchen. Well, it's now been over a month and we still have no heat. The pipes froze again yesterday. I called 3 times leaving voice mails and never got a return phone call. Other than our heat, we have tiles falling off the walls that they don't care to fix, one of our toilets wont flush and they don't care to fix that either. Overall WORST experience I have ever had renting. DO NOT rent from this company. They are rude, disrespectful, and they don't care about their renters what-so-ever.
The absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with in regards to rental property, liars, dishonest and downright rude/ugly people. DO Not use this company, you will regret it if you do.
