Do not call this plumber. They walk off a job and leave you hanging. Run away, run fast . I would give them no stars but have to have at least one star to post.

Merritt Plg. has done work for us for years and done an outstanding job. In the last 8 months, the service has gone from good to extremely poor, if not worse. The extreme lack of communications between Merritt Plumbing and it had a lot to be desired. Previously I never asked for a quote- just go do it, send me the bill and they was fair. That has changed drastically- to the worse!! The staff has been rude as previous and accurate comments have indicated and they have lied to me AFTER the work was completed. They have billed for items which should not have been billed for- or a least billed me at a reduced rate. Or at the very least, contact me to explain the reasoning for the charges, prior to just billing. I have located another company that has outstanding customer communications and customer service.
