B & B Sewer & Septic Tank Service

Our water stopped draining on a Saturday (of course) and by 5:30pm, we gave up and called B & B. By 7:00, the job was done and the sewer pipes are flowing again. And the price was VERY reasonable. Professional, friendly company who came out and saved the day. I am super grateful!

I have used Bob's services for 15 years in one business location and about 8 years in another. I have been extremely happy with their services!

I have an issue with my washing machine drain that likes to back up into my shower. I have had to call to get this cleaned out on a regular basis. Always on time and fix my problem. I also had a sewer back up on Easter Sunday one year and sure enough, they came and cleaned out to the street. I expected a bill with a huge holiday charge but the additional amount they charged me for a holiday call was exactly $0. I'm getting ready to call them again right now.

I have used B & B Sewer for the past 7 years and would recommend them to anyone. They always are prompt with their service and do a good job!

I tried numerous times to get a call back from B&B. like another review stated this place cannot even call a person back. I wonder if they can do the job right if they manage to ignore potential customers. I used another company. I will never call B&B again.

I use them when I need work done at my business and at home. They are very reliable, polite and proffesional. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I highly recommend this company. The owner, Bob, called me just to further explain the situation with our plumbing, and put my mind at ease. Casey spent longer than he had to at our home to cover every possibility. Bill came to our home after hours and Matt on a holiday weekend. These guys are terrific! They are respectful, compassionate, and professional. If you need plumbing work done at your home, give them a call. You will not regret it!

I had excellent, fast, and efficient service during an emergency weekend call, where I had sewage backing up into the house. Another plumber had come earlier in the week twice, and had not fixed the problem. B&B came out on Thanksgiving Saturday and promptly fixed our problem. We are extremely grateful to everyone there. We also felt their charges were reasonable. We would highly recommend B & B. Thank you.

B&B can not schedule an appointment when you call. Joe...or Bill...or Fred...or whoever will have to call you back to schedule. This never happens. I have called twice in three months for septic service and am still waiting for my call back. Never mind B&B I found someone. Turns out you pumped the wrong side of my septic the last time out...2 years ago...hence the start of all my problems. Ignorance or dishonesty? Either way,,,you stink.

Sadly they advertise emergency service, but after 18 hours have STILL not bothered to call me back.

WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I was having sewer problems and paid this company almost $200 to camera and clean my drains. The tech as rude, treated me like dirt, commented that he did not like barking dogs (mine was in the backyard upset because she did not know him), got his pants dirty and complained that he hoped it came out thought the entire visit. Then he only scoped to the foundation cleaned only that far. He refused to put the camera back in after cleaning so we could go to the sewer to see if there were any other problems. Only 7 days later had a sewer back up again. I called the owner of the company 7 times and never got call back. Had to spend another $110 on a different company to come and clean it out again. The clog was about 10 feet from the sewer and over 60 from the foundation. Don't use this company unless you want to be treated rude and not get good service.

B&B has their own maps as well as a lot of institutional knowledge about Cheyenne. Depending on where you live, they will tell you when to schedule your next cleaning so you don't need to pay for an emergency cleaning @ 3am in the morning or on Christmas Eve. They are good about dealing with renters too. They explain that the only thing to be flushed is your business and appropriate paperwork. My renters don't listen to me but they seem to listen to B & B. You can trust their knowledge and advice w.r.t running a video too as well as root kill. Also, they stand behind their work. I have never been disappointed with this company. They are on my team to stay!

B&B came to my rental property to clear a sewer that another plumber had said was broken or collapsed. B&B got it open in under an hour and charged less than half of what the other company had chaged me. It has been just over a week now and I have not gotten the B&B bill but I know what it will be because he told me what to expect. The other comapny has not only sent a bill that was higher than thier original quote, but has also called to see why it has not been paid yet. As I said it has been just over a week. This other company was not even able to fix the problem, still charged me an enormous amount and are already hassling me about paying it. In Cheyenne call B&B if you have any sewer problems. He is a Cheyenne native, cares about the community and it shows in his work.

I have had these folks do work for me for years and have had excellent professionalwork done every time I have had to call them.From drain cleaning , sewer jetting and I have also had my septic tank pumped at my home.

Wouldn't use this company again ever. Was ripped off. They claimed to have pumped our septic tank, yet a few months afterwards it had to be pumped again, and and then a 3rd time. In between the 2nd and 3rd pumping (less than a month later) sewage backed up into our house destroying the carpet, Laundary /bathroom and furniture, costing approx $9000.00 worth of damage. We have had no problems since having another company in Cheyenne, WY. come out. They did a great job, and hit all the way to the bottom of our tank like you are suppose to. They found that B & B had left 9 1/2 inches of solid waste/scum at the bottom of the tank, causing problem for our leach field. B & B only took 10-15min each time to pump and only pumped the liquid. Another Cheyenne Septic Co. was here for 50-60 min. and completely did a great job. B & B does a crappy job causing problems for your septic, and leachfields, in order to replace your leachfiled at their costs. This is a Bad Company, and I wouldn't recommend
