Millisia was wonderful. She was on top of things and always went above and beyond. She made my experience great. Have not had this good of an experience before. Thanks Millisia.
Very very bad advice , i' m shocked, they took commissions of $ 2400 lasct december 2014 but I could not complete purchase after three months , I still do not have the deposit returned , moreover on phone never respond . stay away from this company, they are not able to offer the houses that publish on the site , but use the houses to get paid commissions , communication with customer is poor , they only respond to emails they want, to their liking. Stay away.
I would just like to thank USA Advantage who assist me in the purchase of my property in Detroit. The Service is very professional and staff is very helpful with all my questions. They help me with the purchase process, finding the right management company and opening a us bank account. I am very happy with the service and would recommend anyone to use them, I will certainly use USA Advantage again!
We were first-time home buyers, and USAadvantage team helped guide usthrough the confusing and intimidating process with immense amounts of patience, kindness, and professionalism.Throughout the process, His teams was there for me throughout and went with me to a few different open houses before I put my first offer in. He answered all my questions and provided his input where he felt it would be helpful. We highly recommend USAadvantage Buyers Brokers Only. They helped us find our house and we believe that without his help, we wouldn't have found it.
It was a pleasure to work with USAAdvantage. They took the time to listen to what we needed and coached us through our first property purchase in the USA.All pepole of his team are highly professional. We moved to the USA a couple of years ago and had no idea of the process involved in buying a home in America. USAAdvantage team were very knowledgeable, patient and clear with his advice, answering all of our questions and pointing us in the right direction.Such a wonderful experienceit was. NEGATIVE STARS! I have been renting from Crown since June. Everything was fine the first few months but now I can't wait to get out! In early December I called to notify Crown that our baseboard electric heat was not working. No answer. Then on a Thursday morning I woke up and it was 40 degrees in the house and the kitchen pipes were frozen. They sent the maintenance guy to thaw the pipes so I informed him that the heaters did not work properly and that we were running a space heater instead. He insisted that the heaters would work if I "just turned them on". I explained that we had had them on before, but we weren't going to continue to pay to run heaters that didn't work. Again, he insisted that they work, so he turned them all on and I turned off the space heater. They ran all day and all night and when I woke up the next day it was only 45 degrees (the temperature outside had gone up about 10 degrees since the day before). So again I called Crown and told them the house was still cold and the pipes were still frozen. They told me they would try to get someone over to look at it on Monday. So from Thursday-Monday I had no heat with sub-zero temperatures outside, and no water in my kitchen. Well, it's now been over a month and we still have no heat. The pipes froze again yesterday. I called 3 times leaving voice mails and never got a return phone call. Other than our heat, we have tiles falling off the walls that they don't care to fix, one of our toilets wont flush and they don't care to fix that either. Overall WORST experience I have ever had renting. DO NOT rent from this company. They are rude, disrespectful, and they don't care about their renters what-so-ever.
The absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with in regards to rental property, liars, dishonest and downright rude/ugly people. DO Not use this company, you will regret it if you do.
I have lived in 3 separate apartments in Cheyenne. The only problems I have ever had were with Lynn Rinehart of Signature Properties. I paid a $700 deposit to Signature Properties upon moving into the apartment. I have never had my rent raised as a tenant, but Lynn Rinehart was more than happy to let us all experience that. I bit the bullet and paid the extra rent, but had a bad feeling about what would happen to my deposit upon termination of my lease. Sure enough I moved out of the apartment and received a vile letter that listed nearly everything in the apartment as damaged. I have no less that 5 witnesses that helped me not only move out, but also clean the apartment, that can attest to its condition. I have never received less that the full deposit upon termination of a lease, but Lynn Rinehart of Signature Properties bilked me out of every last penny, and even threatened to send additional bills. I cannot even express how disgusted I am by her blatant cash grab. If you are a fan of aging apartments, substandard appliances, rent hikes, and having your money used to renovate her apartments then Signature Properties is the place for you. If you prefer honesty, integrity, and respect look somewhere else.
I've had no problems with Crown and I have rented two different homes from them. No bugs, no nothing. I have nothing but nice things to say about the ladies in the office, they are always helpful and have never done me wrong. I will continue renting from Crown, as I, nor any of the people in my complex, have had any problems what so ever with them.
DONT DO IT! at first they seem like really great people to work with...then if you are not on the FAVORITES list, they SCREW YOU! also, GOSSIPS! telling your neighbors about your business when they do not need to know anything!! i have TRIED working with them, well because they said they WANT TO WORK WITH ME!!! and well it turned out to be a one way road for myself, no help from the other party!! be cautious about renting with them, you have been warned!!!
