They started out nice then tried to charge us for parts we didn't need and they failed to produce a bad part to be replaced. Keep us waiting for 3 days while they have is the run around and threatened us with a no warrant for the parts they had replaced if we left without fixing everything that they said was wrong. They became down right hateful.

This company is a total scam. They have no cars to sell. They are only in business to steal money form unsuspecting fools like me. Their fancy website is totally fake. The person you are talking to is in another country, not Cheyenne Wyoming.
Extremely poor experience and very questionable business practices. Basic questions are not easily answered and communication is difficult to nonexistent. Red flags abound.Worse, with regard to ethics or the lack thereof, they have no problem canceling or going back on existing arrangements.Not listed with the Chamber of Commerce, not listed with Better Business Bureau, not known among other car dealerships in Cheyenne. Dubious it would seem. Caveat emptor.
The WORST SERVICE of ANY Freightliner dealer I have been to! 3 weeks at a hotel waiting for them to replace injectors TWICE and replace a couple parts in the rear end! No matter what you need fixed, it will take a week! POOR COMMUNICATION from service Mgr. If possible, go to Denver instead! ANY PLACE BUT HERE!
Before I settled on a good used car that I liked I did a lot of research for one . I was driving a 1997 mercury with a messed up calatic converter. I have bad credit and they got me into a 2006 with good payment options Thanks Zoe's for giving me a chance .
Had my truck in for A/C repair which falls under warranty. First, they have a two hour express service guarantee which they charge for. Never heard from anyone from Floyd's about my truck. I had to keep going to them and asking. First it was awaiting a part from their parts room. Then it was waiting for billing authorization from my company. Its warranty work! Then it was they don't have part in stock, which makes them the only dealership in the country to not have it as it is not uncommon for this particular part to fail. I feel as though this is just a shakedown operation.
