United States Postal Service

I have lived in Chevy Chase for 2 years now and the postal service just keeps getting worse. We went out of town for the holidays and signed up to forward our mail- we got under 5 pieces of mail and had a big bunch upon getting home, many that had been sent after the forwarding date. I tried to call while away to check on things and go no where! Was left on hold for forever and then someone re-answered, forgot I was there and then told me that the manager had left for the day. Another time I called they told me they would call back with more info but I never got a return call. I have NEVER had worse mail service. Same thing at the onsite location on CT road. Another issue was a package that they couldnt drop off so left a slip for it- I tried to pick it up at the post office and they couldnt find it, also requested delivery on the internet and was told "Oh that doesnt work." I never got the package because they lost it but I had to wait a whole month to have the sender request reimbursement.
