I have to admit I wasnt surprised to see these other comments about this business, my overall experience was terrible as well. I found the staff to be snippy and felt like a number getting pushed through a system. Time with the Doctor was minimal, not surprising, fits in with the overall business model it seems. Keep looking around.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other poster here. I have a string over terrible visits at this office. I felt like I was just a number and never received personalized care. One visit the Dr was 2 hours late, they forgot he had surgery and scheduled me to come in that same morning. I understand that this can happen but the next visit was just as bad. I ended up waiting almost 90 minutes to get called. The Dr breezed through a series of questions, I dont even think he looked at me once during the visit. My recommendation is look elsewhere for your care as well.

Patients beware. Boston Sports an Shoulder claimed they accepted my insurance and then billed me a couple months later for additional fees on top of the agreed co-pay. The Dr gave me an additional sling to use for extra support which I didnt end up needing. Unfortunately I ended up getting billed $80 on the backend. I left a couple messages in an attempt to clear this up and my calls were never returned. A few months later I started receiving collections notices for the bill. All in all a very poor experience, I suggest you look eslewhere for you care. I dont even need to add that I saw the Dr for about 30 seconds over two visits.
