I was skeptical about buying two rooms of furniture online, but the savings equaled so much that I thought I would take the chance. To be quite honest, I have never had good experiences with buying larger household items online, UNTIL NOW..

HCC customer service, has been exceptional. From placing the original order, all the way through delivery, I couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable experience. Not only did they sell the exact furniture pieces I was looking for and sell them at the lowest prices that I would find anywhere, from the local furniture retail stores, all the way through all the discount online furniture dealers, they also followed that up with absolutely awesome customer service. HCC will be my ""Go To"" furniture dealer from this point on. So happy I found them!!

These guys did a great job answering all of my many questions I had before, during and after my purchase. They kept me informed as I had knowing ordered many pieces of furniture for my entire home, but Drichsen continued to keep me up to date in terms of daily ship times and carriers.

Great communication and all around team. Everything was received in record time, setup in my home and looks amazing. All of oour family and friends have been amazed at the quality of workmanship in the pieces. Would definitely purchase from them again!

The site was easy to navigate and really love the affordable prices compared to shopping in a store with salespeople. There was an issue with my new shipping address but HCC contacted me and resolved the issue really quickly. Customer service was very friendly and professional.

We ordered a complete dining room set with china cabinet made by Crownmark. Looks beautiful online. Even more so in person. Excellent quality and very sturdy. I usually do not buy furniture online because you never know what you will get but I just loved this style of this dining room set so I went for it.. I am so happy I did because it looks just like the pics online and it is very high quality wood for the price!!

Purchased a dining room table and 8 chairs and am so happy with this purchase. The quality is great and we got an amazing price. There is a design element (gold line) on the table that was hard to see in the online pictures but I actually really like in person. The delivery process was seamless and it arrived within the estimated delivery window. Nadir, the manager at Emma Mason was so helpful and gave us constant updates on our order progress and followed up post delivery to ensure the delivery was successful and satisfactory.

The local delivery team was wonderful as well. Arrived well within the delivery window and they called ahead to give an update when they were close. They were courteous and put everything together quickly while being mindful not to damage anything.So excited to put this dining set in our new home
