Dr. Maack is a brilliant, gifted surgeon! He is also humble, patient and kind. I would not trust my face to anyone else. I hated my face due to weight loss and genetic neck collapse. Dr. Maack gave me my life back. I look 15 years younger and love looking in the mirror again. I got a lower facelift, neck lift, chin implant and brow lift. Recovery was pretty easy and painless. I am so happy with how my nose turned out. Only minor tweaks were made so I still look like myself. My breathing has also been significant improved. Worth every penny.

Dr. Maack did an amazing job with my face lift. He made me feel very comfortable with the procedure and would always take the time to answer all of my questions. He is an excellent surgeon and is kind, caring and professional. His staff are all very friendly and helpful. My friends and family are all amazed at the results of my surgery. They tell me I look a lot younger, and the lift looks very natural. I am in my 60's and have struggled with being overweight most my adult life. It took me several years to lose 90 pounds. The face lift was my reward when I reached my goal weight. So happy to not have all my saggy neck skin anymore!

I was very pleased with entire process. My actual 'problem' was very clearly addressed by Dr. Maack and the staff. I was shown before and after photos of others with the same diagnosis and it made my own issues seem legitimate. The surgical procedure was thoroughly explained and understood. Everything went according to plan and I had very little if any pain at all. I did not take anything for pain following surgery. The swelling and bruising was minimal and the resolution of my problem was immediate. I did not realize until after this surgery how much my vision was occluded. I would highly recommend this staff and physician for any surgical procedure.

Call Dr Maack did a laser on my full face, and it turned out beautifully! Amazing how much smoother my skin is and the fine lines are gone!

Had a FL and Neck lift. I was pleased with the results. Dr. Maack explained things clearly to me, and offered suggestions, but was not pushy about what I wanted to have done. His staff could not have been nicer. Everyone was always helpful and cheerful. At one point I was concerned and wanted Dr. Maack to check me out earlier than my scheduled appointment. They fit me in that day, and he put my mind at ease.

I was very nervous about having surgery, and watching YouTube videos of the procedure did not help! I am so happy I had the upper blepharoplasty, Or hooded eye surgery. There was zero pain. I felt like I had allergies for a couple of days. The 3rd day I had the most swelling. Rest and listening to a book with gel ice face mask was very helpful. I did not need any medication for the pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Maack and his team!

I had a brow lift with Dr. Maack. He is always so professional and at the same time so warm and reassuring that he Wii take good care of you. I love this personal approach. He really cares about you and wants to make your experience as comfortable as possible. I love my brow lift. I look younger, more rested and he even was able to make my eyebrow even with the other one. If you are looking for someone to be your surgeon. Look no further. You have arrived at the right person with Dr. Maack In the past, he has done other work for me too. Including a face lift, my eyes and nose reconstruction. I trust him completely with my face. He makes me look better and better without looking overdone. No one even knows I have had surgery. They just think I am aging well.

Dr Mack was amazing! I researched this procedure with different doctors and no one compared to Dr Mack. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him. He was very caring and called me and had me FaceTime him to do a check in. I live 2 1/2 hours away so that was very comforting to me to be reassured a day or two after procedure. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and nurturing disposition.

Dr Maack and the staff are so kind and quickly respond to any and all questions Prior to Surgery and after surgery. I had upper Upper Blepharoplasty and Periobital erbium laser resurfacing. Dr Maack is extremely friendly, personable and approachable. He spent a lot of time explaining all procedures and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. He was never pushy and I never felt like any question I had was a dumb question. Even after my eyelid surgery, when I was recovering at home , Dr Maack called me personally to follow up. Dr Maack's entire staff was equally friendly and welcoming. I even asked a couple employees how he hires employees that all seem to be so patient and kind. They responded that he is a great boss that makes sure all new hires are a perfect fit for the office.

I loved the after result! Dr. Maack did an amazing job listening to my needs and wants as a patient and as a person.
