Ambassador Flooring Company

New home.....new carpet.. began buckling after 1.5 yrs....had a super outfit come to repair Ambassador's work...

The communication with this company is horrible. I thought I would use the same company that installed my hardwood flooring when my home was original built. What a mistake! First of all I was told the materials would be delivered between 8-12....waited the 5 hrs and nothing, not even a phone call. I called a little after 12 and I get it should be there by 3, I call again well he was supposedly on his way an hour ago. Finally 5 I get the materials delivered!! They install my floor over an uneven seam in the floor which makes a big hump in the hardwood. Tried to talk me out of making them fix it, tried to putty over an 8 inch crack in another board and put some boards in too tight that made the edges rough on top. Was told last week they would be out this morning to fix the problems and install the quarter round trim that was not delivered with the rest of the materials. I was to receive a phone call to confirm that...and you guessed it NOTHING! So I call at 9 am took them another 40 min to call me back to let me know they will be here tomorrow instead!! I was also to receive a phone call to confirm the date of delivery and install date but I had to call and get that confirmation also. So let's see how tomorrow goes now!!
