We have used this company for several years and were satisfied with overall service. This year we are having major problems with service. The service rep came unscheduled during our floods and wanted to open the system even though leaks would not be detectable. We asked to keep our original appt. The long term service rep who handled our acct is no longer with the company? The new person repaired a major leak but the first time we turned the system on, the same sight blew and we had a major pipe leak. Five days later the same tech came out to repair and said that he used old glue so now he would use new glue. He left with the 2 ft area of piping exposed and said he would come back the next day. (Friday). He said he would call before he came. He did not call or show up and we could not use the system. When we called on Saturday, the receptionist knew nothing and would not do anything except say that she could schedule someone for Tuesday. No one came on Tuesday and when we called we were told that the tech had not left any info. When we asked to speak to a manager we were routed to an answering machime and no one retuned the call. The receptionist said they could schedule someone in a wrek...!? Wow...their tech screws up and they are not willing to address the issue! We are definitely looking for a different compsny!

Delay in getting city permit dispute to a breakdown on their end. Their communication with customer leaves a list to be desired. Plumber was supposed to come back today due to a leak in backfllow. Been waiting all day and no plumber....I called to see if they could let me know what was going on and the person I need to talk to in a meeting. Now it's after hours and no phone call from anyone. The city permit processed was delayed also due to negligence on their end. System isn't even up and running and I am very disappointed in them!
I started using Precision Irrigation in the fall of 2012 for an issue with the sprinkler controller and was impressed with the services I received. Every time I called I got a quick response and, the technicians seemed to be overall well versed and this spring I have decided to use their Lawn services on top of my sprinkler service. Randy came to my home and explained thoroughly the process and details of exactly what I needed and was honest about what I did not. I just began my Spring visits and everything looks terrific!
