G. Alena's Salon

I was looking for a new salon since my girl moved quite a distance away from me. So i went in G Alena Salon for blonde highlights. Had a consult with Christy and told her i do not want the bleach blinde bimbo look, came out with Cinderella yellow hair. Called to speak with the owner who said she would fix it. She made my hair brown! Refused to refund my money. I have now spent close to $400 and my hair is still jacked up and damaged from the bleach used.
I will never step foot in that salon again!!!
Obviously, they do not know what highlights are. My hair used to be dirty dishwater blonde with highlights. Now no matter what is put on my hair it turns yellow within a few weeks and it's been almost 3 months. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about what their hair looks and feels like.

The hot towel treatment on my face is the best along with the Euphora shaving cream for men. I would say go, sit back, relax and enjoy the experience. This salon is top notch for men or women.

i like my color, hilites and cut but i am sick of my stylist double booking my appt every time i go! she also works on another customer's hair and this adds a lot of time onto my appt! for the Big $ that this salon charges i should not have to share my time with another customer (and vice versa).

My experience at this salon was exceptional. The stylists are all very polite and courteous. My stylist Teresa W. is the most sweetest lady I have ever met. She listens to your concerns and gives you exactly what you ask for. She will take the time to go over all products used on my hair and tell me which ones I should use to get the look I want.I have been going to her for a long time and I'm so excited for her to own her own salon.
