First of all I gave this place a real chance by going three times. They are so overpriced. They charge $85 for a pedicure that most nail places charge $40 for. They do horrible work. The older lady there made my cuticles bleed and just doesn’t know what she’s doing and I think she just hates her job. The hello kitty atmosphere is very childish. Maybe they should just serve kids. They are slow and have no colors really to choose from and there is only 3 women working there and 1 man who yells a lot. So save your money!! Still looking for a great nail salon?? I’ll never go there again!! Worst one yet!!

I discovered Escada when I asked a friend whom was the best hair stylist she ever had and she told me about Ronnie. I have been a customer for sever…
I have been going here off and on for approx. 10 yrs. Because of recommendations from others or one reason or another, I have tried other salons but I always end up back at Hair 4 All. I get the most consistent good cuts and color there than anywhere else. I don't know anyone who hasn't had a bad experience with their hair at one time or another, me included, but for me Hair 4 All is where I will continue to go!
Every time I go I have an appointment and I still have to wait! The owner is very rude and they take forever.
I was referred to Melanie by my coworker as I couldn't make it to Maryland to my regular stylist. I made an appointment for the next day and was very pleased. And to think I have been here over a year and she was right down the street!!!! I will be returning again and again. Thanks Melanie!
I left a negative review on yelp because of an absolutely horrible haircut I received from a rude stylist at the Chesterfield location. I documented my experience with photos. Yet when I went back to the other location (at Chester Walmart) with an appointment on 2/12/15, they retaliated against me for the negative review and refused to cut my hair. That should tell you everything you need to know about this business. I would stay away from these locations no matter what. I went to the nearby Sport Clips after Hair4All denied me service, and I had a good experience there. I'm not hard to please, but this business is horrible.Today, on 2/12/15 I set an
I have been going to Melanie at Divine Touch for over 20 yrs. I've always been very pleased with how she does my hair. I also appreciate how she takes me almost as soon as I get there. The salon is beautifully decorated & has a very professional atmosphere.
After seeing the same stylist for 2 years , she was gone. I loved this shop and continued to return and a new stylist started doing my hair. I have seen several girls come and go in my time going here. Used to be a family friendly salon where i also took my children. The wemon who work here have become very trashy and a tad but stuck up"
I've gone to sheer genius FOR YEARS! Never had a problem... But this recent week I went to change my hair color... After 2 1/2 hours it was $80, but the next day when I was in the sunlight and after a wash, I realized my hair was literally orange! When I went back to get it fixed, keep in mind I live 45 min away, after 3 hours.. They saw it's fixed and it " looks good" to me it's gray and green with yellow highlights.. It looks absolutely horrible and I hate it... And then to top it off... Instead of discounting me from where THEY MESSED UP, I was charged $160!!! Isn't that great! The girls are very nice there... But I will not be returning..
I should have left the moment the "stylist" said she couldn't do the look I was going for, but I made an appointment earlier in the week and didn't want to have to find a new place at short notice. I'm a natural brunette dyed blonde who wanted to do a peek-a-boo to cover my roots showing. After listening to the stylist argue over if it was possible to do what I wanted I was finally given a price of $150. Unfortunately with vacation coming up I didn't want to spend that much so I asked if they could do something similar but keep it under $100. She decided she could so we progressed with the service. After rinsing the color out the stylist blow dried my hair for a few minutes to check my roots and said the color wasn't holding and she needed to put more in. Which she didn't bother to tell me would be $54. Once the color was set and my hair rinsed she toweled dried my hair and asked if I was ready to go. I didn't quite understand as it is 34 degrees out and what stylist doesn't finish a clients hair? I won't be going back and I recommend finding a more professional stylist than Heather.
I went to get my hair lightened a couple of weeks ago by Les, the owner, and left in tears. Les turned my hair orange because he overbooked himself on a Sunday and forgot about me in the corner while my hair overprocessed. I had to go to work the next day and fought tears the entire time because I was humiliated. I finally found Ahead of Hair in Midlothian and they corrected the God awful job Les did for me - unfortunately it took me over 3 hours to get it corrected. I am expecting and really was looking to treat myself to a cut and color but that turned into such an ordeal, I wish I would have trusted my instincts and stayed away from this crummy place. I believe in letting people know when you have an unpleasant experience - especially one that involved having your hair turned orange - so I've taken the time to write this review. Steer clear of this place if you can.
