Food Lion

I often shop just to see everyone. The turnover rate is very low in this store,(although they have added quite a few new personnel most of the seasoned staff are still present.) The leadership in this store is outstanding. It is obvious that this is both a fun and rewarding work atmosphere. Being a Customer Service Analyst and Trainer, I recognize the attributes of every business I visit. I know most of the staff by name and they are always happy to see me. Kim is also very good. She is out in the store, always doing something or teaching someone something, and her customer service skills are often refreshing. The staff communicate very well with her. She handles "irritable" customers very well. She allows them to defuse and then lets them know that she will do whatever she can within her guidelines and resolves the issue. She is currently an Assistant Manager, however I would recommend her have her own store.My one complaint is the cost increase of FoodLion Creamer.Outrageous!
