They were so friendly to me as well as my dog. They answered my numerous questions as well as called the next day to check on my pet. They ran only the tests needed and nothing unnecessary. They didn't charge an insane amount either. I loved everything about their staff and my dog was treated very well. I certainly will be coming back here again and again. Highly recommend this vet out of any in my area

Both of my animals are cared for at Centralia and I always know they're in the best hands. They have convenient hours, even weekend hours. They've always been professional and courteous. My dog actually LOVES when we got to the vet because he gets loved on so much by the staff. It's always been a pleasant experience.

This was my Vet clinic of choice for 10 years. Have since relocated; if it were not an 8 hour drive to go back for appointments, I would still be going. If you need a Vet for your pet, do NOT NOT NOT go to Centralia Animal Hospital in Chester! They are staffed with the most inept, rude, lazy people I have EVER had the dishonor of meeting. First, from a visit on Thursday, the doctor took an extra day to call my mom with her cat's bloodwork (that was in Friday), creating a situation where I couldn't do anything for her until MONDAY; then he offered her some renal-diet food to try (intimating it was free).
