Horrible, from day one customer service Representative was not friendly, knowledgeable or attempted to make us happy. My car was in an accident the day before I arrived to pick up the rental. My adjuster called to tell me the rental was ready and that my vehicle was being towed to the dealership for repair. When I got a ride to enterprise, the representative couldn't find the reservation, and then proceeded to tel us we were supposed to be there at Priority the day before. Then he stated that he didn't know if he had anything available there. He finally got us a sports model car, that I hated!! A couple of days later, I had surgery for cervical cancer and they had the nerve to keep calling me in the hospital to exchange the vehicle in order for a maintenance recall. I explained that I was in the hospital and he still insisted that I needed to get it in as soon as possible. My fiance went to return it before I left the hospital and they still had nothing ready. They tried to give him a vehicle that was just returned, not cleaned and smelt like black and molds. My fiance was livid!!! Then they offered him a mini truck with less than 1/4 tank of gas. So he had to pick me up from the hospital and load me into a mini truck with a catheter still connected. Worst experience ever!! I won't ever rent from this location again. Customer service Representative was more concerned with a sale than his customer!!!!
