Fashion.com in greenbrier mall completely sucks. They have such nice dresses and potential to sell their products but unfortunately they don't know how to run a business. I picked out 7 dresses and when I asked to try on the dresses, she said they wouldn't fit me. She insisted I was too big in the hips, then mentioned my small chest area, like I don't know my own body. She also said how they are for teen/junior size. I'm sorry but I would not let my teen wear any of the dresses I picked out. She didn't let me try on a single dress I picked, instead she pointed me to 3 other dresses. I was nice and tried them on. They weren't bad selections but they weren't what I was looking for. They were prom/night gown dresses. As soon as she eased dropped on my conversation of me saying they are kind of expensive, she comes and grabs the dresses out of my hand and goes so you don't want, okay then. I simple said this is the first store I have checked out and will come back if I don't find anything else. Anyway, great way to start my dress shopping for my birthday. I have never felt so insulted.
I just saw a post on Facebook about someone's experience here and then it reminded me of my experience I had there in high school I left there crying. Idk how this placw is still even in business. She's rude and won't even let you try on dresses there unless you are a size 2.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! i have never been so offended before. i walked in to just browse around.. & i just needed to ask a simple question. the Asian lady who owned the store looked me up & down saying "oh we don't have your size okay." like I am a very curvy girl. yes. i'm mixed with puerto rican. so, yes.. i'm CURVY! & i felt so embarrassed because she said it so loud & so rude. i'm in a size 14. It can be a 12.. depending on the material. then she just walked off & wouldn't serve me! if I'm going to be spending $300, $400 on a dress.. an Asian KNOCKOFF at that.. i would like some better service. I wouldn't buy a dress from them EVER! just the worse kind of customer service ever encountered. i only have it a star to proceed to the next step. if it was up to me... it would've been none!
