        Overall

        Premier gave me an excellent service on Lexus GX 470 back in 2011. So impress with the CD/DVD installation. They had exact type I needed and the price was right. Highly Recommended.

        They are extremely rude and treat females differently here. I was told to go to a dealership instead to fix a problem I was having with my headlights (even though they were the last ones to work on it) and was told to just say, "Help, I'm a woman. Please help me." I was like, "Seriously??" That was one of the sexists things I've ever had a business tell me and on top of that they didn't fix my problem. Will never go back or refer them to others.

        Horrible Customer Service!!

        I went in on 2 separate occasions to have my HID headlights fixed. The first time I was told "they were all booked up for the holidays, so I went back about 2 weeks later and was now told "they are too busy" when asked if I could make an appointment, I was told "we don't make appointments for something like that" and I would have to leave my car with them for the entire day and they would "try to fit it in". They couldn't even quote me a price. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

        Horrible!!

        Horrible customer service, went on a Tuesday to check on tinting, told just show up no appointments, takes an hour, I showed up Saturday when they opened the doors and they said sorry 5 cars ahead of you can't get to you today, maybe their time is not important but mine is, and they will not make appointments NOT RECOMMENDED!!

        We operate on a &quot;first-come, first-served&quot; basis and tell every customer this clearly. By operating this way, we can get more customers served in a day. On a busy Saturday morning in peak tinting season, we get full very fast. We're sorry this system doesn't work for your schedule.

        I have had them work done on 3...

        I have had them work done on 3 of my Collector Cars. I have not had one single issure with Any of the work they have done. Everything is completed quickly and professionally. I will continue to go back for more services as needed because of the Quality and Value of there work. I Highly Recommend them to anyone.

        I have been in the store befor...

        I have been in the store before just looking at the equipment. Very helpful salespeople. This time I bought a On Star mirror for my wife's Explorer. They did the job fast with no problems. Price ended up being a bit cheaper than Crutchfield.

        I took my 2006 Accord there for a problem I was having with the CD player. My Honda dealer recommended them to me. They installed a new Kenwood CD player with Sirius satellite radio & iPod hookup. It's been a few weeks with no problems at all. They did the work in less time than I was quoted. They did right by me and I would refer a friend. A+

        I have had 2 vehicles windows tinted, 1 complete audio system (stereo, speakers, cabling, the works!) and a new stereo put in another vehicle. One vehicle was brand 2009 Dodge Charger and a 1995 Impala SS.

        The whole experience was wonderful. The entire staff is prompt, helpful and very knowledgeable. While you are there they are very focused on you as if you are the only customer in the store. They took very good care of our vehicles while they were on-site.

        Would definitely go back and refer friends and family.
