Treatment: Your PHI may be used and disclosed by us for the purpose of providing medical treatment to you or for another health care provider providing medical treatment to you. For example, a nurse obtains treatment information about you and documents it in your medical record, and the physician has access to that information. If you require an X-ray to be taken, the X-ray technician also has access to your PHI. In addition, your PHI may be provided to a physician to whom you have been referred or are otherwise seeing to ensure that the physician has the necessary information to diagnose or treat you. This may also include your primary care physician, a physician who referred you to CRH or pharmacy employees involved in filling or managing your prescriptions.

From 9pm to 5:30am, all visitors must enter through the Emergency Room. All other entrances are locked after 9pm. Check-in will take place at our Registration Office on the third floor. Mental Health
Each time you visit a hospital, physician or other health care provider, a record of your visit is made. The record will contain your symptoms, examination and test results, diagnoses, treatment, a plan for future care or treatment and billing-related information. This notice applies to all of the records of your care generated by CRH, whether made by CRH personnel, agents of CRH or your personal doctor. Your personal doctor may have different policies or notices regarding the doctor’s use and disclosure of your health information created in the doctor’s office or clinic. We are required by law to maintain the privacy of your health information and provide you a description of our legal duties and privacy practices with respect to protected health information, and to notify affected individuals following a breach of unsecured protected health information. Protected health information, or PHI, is the information about you, including basic demographic information, that may identify you and that relates to your past, present or future physical or mental health condition and related health care services. CRH is required to abide by the terms of the notice currently in effect. Through these types of projects, the Hospital Auxiliary has contributed to renovating nursing units, updating the Lifestyle Health & Fitness Center classrooms and renovating the main lobby. The Hospital Auxiliary has purchased medical equipment for many departments, including pulmonary function testing, mammography, peripheral vascular lab, echocardiogram units, ultrasound machines, ventilators, fetal monitors and transport incubators. Each service project sponsored by the Hospital Auxiliary provides much needed equipment and literally saves thousands of dollars for the hospital.
MRI
With the increased precision, 3D mammography helps detect cancer in its earliest stages, when it’s most treatable, and the amount of unnecessary return visits for repeat breast screenings is reduced Depending on the results of your 3D mammogram, some providers will suggest patients follow up with whole breast ultrasound or breast MRI.

Mammography
All-digital 3D mammography allows radiologists to see breast tissue in detail by taking multiple images of the breast from different angles. These images can be viewed separately or put together as a 3D reconstruction of the breast tissue.
