Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life. Told the woman and I to bring the vehicle in for a seven in the morning appointment, showed up, they didn’t open until 730 which is fine, stood around and let them get all the other vehicles in that were dropped off the night before, Asked to use the bathroom, got locked inside, went out to talk to somebody about the car at 7:15, was told that we can’t talk to you until 730 when we open, told somebody at 7:28 that I was locked in and needed to get out to the car, was interrupted to be made aware yet once again that they don’t open until 730 and they’d be happy to help me in two minutes, when I told him that I was locked and was told that’s that’s too bad that the door will be opening in two minutes. Immediately drove off with my vehicle. Never again.

Nichole Pepke is the best Service Manager I have every had the pleasure to work with. So many times she has gotten our vehicles in right away, dealt with emergent conditions, made sure our Service was completed on time and as inexpensively as possible. She always goes the extra mile and makes us feel special. Observing her serving others clearly showed that she treats all her customers as VIPs. This is the place to have your vehicles serviced!

Nichole Pepke is an amazing Service Advisor! She treats everyone right, keeps the service time reasonable, price fair, and makes everyone feel special. It is rare to find this level of service still in America! We had a vehicle that had a transmission problem and she got it in right away. While working on the transmission, the diligent technician noted two other problems and fixed them as well. This team is amazing, and is the reason I will buy Fords from Cavalier and have them serviced here on Military highway!!

My experiences with Cavalier Ford over the last 12 years have been extremely good. There was no exception during a recent service call. My service writer Nichole was on the money as far as the diagnosis, lead time and cost. I really appreciate quality in service related situations and this one was great. My car was returned on time and even washed!!

It is rare to find a service provider who makes customer service a top priority. From sales to service to the follow-up to ensure we are satisfied, the experience is first class. Our service provider with the Green Team, Nicole goes above and beyond to ensure her customers her satisfied. I thought we were given special treatment until I overheard her interacting with another customer. She treats every customer as if they are number #1. Even in those rare instances where something has to be readdressed, Nicole goes above and beyond to follow-up and ensure we are not inconvenienced and gets the job done right. Thank you to all the service providers from the technicians, detailers, customer service, cashiers, and especially the shuttle driver who gets us back to work on time. Last but not least, it was not for Shelby Minyard the sales manager and her outstanding sales associates we would not be owners of 3 Ford and Lincoln vehicles. We appreciate all you do for your customers. Our family are Cavalier Customers for life.

As always, I have been following Buddy Johnson around for almost 30 years. I knew he was at Cavalier Ford for quite some time. I gave him a call and he was able to find me a 2016 F 150 truck right away. He knew the truck would be made for me. I came up to the dealership and the truck was perfect. He is an outstanding person and has gone out of his way to work with me since I am unable to get around due to surgery. He had everything ready for me when we took final procession on it. I am happy to be a part of the Cavalier Ford family and will let all my friends that this is the place to go.

Gordon Walker is an exceptional asset to this Cavalier Ford Lincoln team. He was easy going and didn't pressure me into anything with buying my first car. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff as I had a lot of questions. Jacin Lisner was wonderful explaining differences between the fusion hybrid and the Energi, which I didn't understand until speaking with Jacin. I selected the Energi and Richard in Finance then helped me work through a good financing option as well as maintenance and extended warranty packages. He took the time to print out items from the Internet about other warranty options and explain differences. They were professional and I would recommend Cavalier Ford to anyone buying a car, and of course, I only suggest buying a Ford!!!

I had been looking to purchase a new F-350 for the past few months. I stopped into Cavalier Ford and met with Richard Sinclair, he was very polite and knowledgeable, needless to say I had been to many other Ford dealers I the area and he was the one that worked with me to purchase the new truck that I wanted. Inconsistent results. Your results may vary. The service department computers don't always have the up to date information. Vehicle maintenance history is very important to me. Sometimes when I call in for service, the initial contact person has trouble finding my information. Though, as I've said above, your results may be different. Sometimes information on what maintenance has been performed is not completed.

We bought a Ford Edge Titanium 2016 it has so many
features on it. My experienced with Ken Childress and Anthony Panganiban was fantastic! There was no pressure showed us what we wanted found the right price made it very easy, we love it, I will be purchasing from them again.

I had a great experience thanks to Mark Ballance. His laid back approach as a salesman sold me on my purchase of a Lincoln MKS. I stopped in Cavalier Lincoln on my way back to Nags Head with no intention of purchasing a automobile and met Mark Ballance and the next day my wife and I drove back to Cavalier and started looking at cars. So we are very pleased with our overall experience .

MY Wife and I purchased a New Ford F-150 Pickup Truck from this dealership on June 26th, 2016 and our salesperson was Mr. Barry L. Derr, Sales & Leasing Consultant. We were shopping for a new vehicle at Cavalier Ford, Greenbriar and were very satisfied with our sales person Bill Peterson. He was very patient and professional as he brought an Escape, Edge and Explorer for me to test drive. He was also very up to date with all the features on these models. We wound up buying a Ford Explorer and Bill sat in the car with me to make sure I knew all the features on my new SUV before I drove away. We are repeat customers and would like to thank Bill for the great service!
