An Evening Out Formal Wear

Had a great experience here last year. My daughter is plus size - they had a large selection, and the service was great. This year my daughter walked out in tears. We walked in today, the owner welcomed us, and introduced us to someone to help us. (Last year all the plus sizes were on one wall...now the whole store was by color.) The girl asked what we were looking for, then walked away and never returned. Though their website still says 00 through Plus size, there was not a plus size dress in the store. Why couldn't either the owner or the associate just tell us they didn't have anything, and save my daughter the embarrassment and humiliation of walking around looking - when they knew good and well they didn't have any plus size inventory.

I walked in as an African American women and no one said anything to me. I had to ask for help and a dressing room. They dont have a nice range in plus size dresses everything they had seemed like it came out of a magazine from 2001. They screamed my size 18 across the room and brought me ugly ruffled dresses. The customer service wasn't good and they didnt have a nice selection. Dont waste your time (plus size)

I received the type of service that I am proud to say still exists in today's retail world. Greeting a customer with a true eagerness to assist as well as offer email and cell phone #s for any answers to future questions

I am limited to time and was referred to An Evening Out; the store was not only fully stocked with a huge selection, but the owner spent quality time to impress me with his knowledge and expertise, and to add to this experience,all of my groomsmen were perfectly fitted and the price was less than anyone in the entire area. If you want a flawless fit and price, I recommend this store.
