My phones screen led had gone black one guy name Derek or something like that told the other guy Dre that it WASN'T BAD PHYSICALLY, Dre looked at my phone and then proceeded to look for a screen, when he couldn't "find" a screen he looks at my phone with the 1 scratch i have on it and says oh you probably damaged it when you dropped it and made this scratch. Kick rocks with your shows of that's a bunch of bull.. So even though DRE had another phone he could have swapped it out with but he didn't. So i'm sitting there thinking he is trying to still help me when I ask him what is going to be done since he is texting on his phone and has apparently paid his own bill while sitting he should have been telling me they weren't going to help. He asks the other gentleman Dre do I do this as an AE or Insurance. He starts to do the insurance information and starts asking me questions I'm like what's this for. So first of all why do you think it's ok not to replace my phone, that's a technical problem not something i should have to pay for. they are rude and I will be filing a formal complaint with sprint. There was no need for them to keep me there as long as they did not to do anything.

I've been to this store 3 times now and I refuse to go again. The customer service is so terrible. Sprint has gone downhill in the past couple of years. I am switch companies because this location showed me that they are all about the money and not the customer. I never thought I would say this but they are worse than T-Mobile.
This is the only store I prefer to go to. They are knowledgeable about their devices and do everything they can to make sure you leave there happy. They seem to go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Super friendly in there as well.
