Used this taxi service for the second time today. Easy making a reservation online. Got a text update regarding drivers whereabouts and expected pickup time etc. all was on time and efficient and worked out with zero issues.

I took this company's cabs twice today, two different cars/drivers. I needed a way to get to Hertz for my rental car and after being told by at least three other companies that they were too busy, would take an hour, or had no available cars, I tried Eagle. The lady on the phone spoke kinda softly/bluntly but it was quick and to the point. She said I could watch out for the cab immediately and I was skeptical, but within 7 minutes the car arrived. Very friendly lady driver, took a direct route to Hertz, paid visa, all was really well. Only complaint was the windows were all down and it was -really- windy but it was nice out so I can't blame her. After a fiasco at Hertz, I needed another cab home. Called them again, again the blunt lady, again the driver arrived in less than 10 minutes. Really nice guy, but he had a -really- thick accent and I don't hear so well so it was a little hard to understand him, but he drove well. Will definitely use them again if I need a taxi.
If there was a lower rating he would get it. Charged me 63 dollars from chesapeake to norfolk, miles would only be about 40$
Do not conduct business with these people! I requested a taxi and waited two hours in the heat and they never showed up.
Apparently "punctuality" is not in this cab company's vocabulary. The first time I scheduled a pick-up, it was set for 5:30 AM. Time was sensitive as I had somewhere to be; the driver called me and told me that due to a "shift change", he was running late. He ended up getting to my place closer to 6:00 and was driving around my complex aimlessly until I told him I was running late. Then he (the owner to boot) tells me he "likes cash" and wants to bring me to an ATM machine, even though he accepts credit card! I ended up needing a ride again, same time (5:30 AM), and I even called him at 5:00 AM, so they wouldn't forget, and as soon as I call and he answers with, "You scheduled a cab last night? We're in the middle of a shift change," I knew I was in trouble. 5:30 came, no cab, and no answer when I called. Punctuality is such a crucial element in the taxi service; apparently Eagle does not grasp that! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!
DISRESPECTFUL...PREJUDICE... RACIST!!!! HE STATED THAT HE DIDN'T WANT US "N****RS" IN HIS TAXI AFTER DRIVING OFF AS WE WERE ENTERING THE CAB!!!!!
I waited 30 minutes and was late to work for the guy in the office to tell me it's the cabby's fault and still made me pay 18 bucks to get down the street. I thought it would've been efficient with the online ordering but that probably made it worse. It's just sad that I couldn't do my job because the service wasn't doing theirs.
Exactly on time. Took me the fastest way and made it a point to show me a way to avoid traffic when I go next time. Very friendly and courteous, and had a nice conversation to boot. Comfy seats.
The service was great. The timing was excellent. The driving was really good.
