The Cherryvile, NC store has horrible customer service. I tried to order online as I have done in the past. I got an error message stating my address was not in the delivery area. I called the store and the CSR said delivery was no problem. I proceeded to order from the online specials menu. The CSR said I could not order from that menu because it had to be done online. I explained to her that it would not allow me to order online this time but I was unsure why. The CSR stated they turned off online delivery for that store this evening due to being short-staffed and only had 2 drivers so they were only taking delivery orders via phone. I asked the CSR how was I supposed to use a coupon that they currently have online if they had the delivery feature turned off. The CSR stated I could use the coupon if I ordered online and picked up the order. I explained to the CSR that I was at work and could not leave. The CSR said sorry there's nothing I can do about it. I then asked her if they had any other specials, which they did not have what I wanted. I also asked the price if I ordered without the coupons and it was at least $10 more. It's pretty ridiculous that the store is turning off the delivery option and will not honor the coupons.
The makeline in this store has been broken for over a month. The ac doesnt work and the owner is a theif.
I actually live closer to another pizza hut...but drive further to the Cherryville pizza hut..it's worth the extra miles...until eating at the Cherryville pizza hut, I never eat the crust...but their hand-tossed pizza crust is crazy good. The staff is friendly, fast & has never messed up on my pizzas'..I eat there an average twice a week..it's hard to believe they are so much better than other pizza places including other pizza huts..and they have longer hours..everybody needs to try the pizza hut in Cherryville.
Very bad customer service. Delivery time is not as advertised and staff could care less. They should not be in business !
