Burlington has good pricing on mostly everything. Need more better selection on shoes though especially on boys shoes. Great pricing again I say. Now as for cashiers need better people skills. I will say Myrta has very good, customer service skills. I will also say I saw a young lady name Mary and she was awesome with helping me in my need of assistance with kids shoes. My English was to well but Mary understood me and helped me so well and I saw she was in pain limping and she still helped me with my shopping for shoes and kids clothing. Is yes I will defently recommend .and if anyone needs help ubwill get it from the ones that truly treated me with respect loyalty honesty friendliness and was smiling.
The way this mall has gone down hill is really a shame. I have frequented this mall quite a bit as a child, growing up in the 80's and 90's and always begged my parents to take me there instead of other malls nearby. I had always had great experiences and loved going there. I lived in another state for about 10 years and then moved back recently. . I was shocked to see the transformation of the mall- all due to the change in clientele. No amount of reconstruction or beautiful marble floors can mask the rudeness and entitle-hood of the current shoppers. I have taken my own children to this mall three times and I will never, ever again. There were a lot of people pushing, screaming, and having no respect let alone awareness of anyone around them. I saw groups of teenagers running through the mall, zipping past people and cutting people off. I saw groups of adults screaming at each other from across the mall or even stopping in the flow of traffic to yell at someone 30 feet away with profanity-laden speech. I saw groups of teenagers yelling about how there was to be a fight at the other end of the mall and racing to get there to watch this event. On top of all of this, the traffic is atrocious and I felt generally unsafe walking through the parking lot, as cars zipped past full of the immaturity that comes with road rage or trying to look cool, from people of all ages. I will not shop here again. It's a shame because my kids often get Disney store gift cards and build a bear gift cards. We will order online or the extra time it takes to drive to the King of Prussia mall, even though we are only 10 minutes from here. I know to some extent the mall can't help who shops there, but they do share a lot of the blame- kick out people for screaming profanity around children or traveling in packs gearing up to fight in the mall. Making beautiful renovations doesn't mask the problem, it makes it stick out that much more.
