Worst experience I've ever had! Was spoken to like garbage by the assistant manager named tony ann. Would totally recommend going to a different location. I was purchased a gift certificate to hand and stone for a birthday gift. They left the receipt in the gift bag so I saw exactly how overcharged the services were. I called to figure it out and was met with huge hostility. Needless to say I will never go here and I hope to use my gift card at a different location. The customer service was bad enough for me never to want to enter the premises. The owner Denise never even called me to try and resolve this issue and help save business. I never write reviews but due to the pure fact of how horribly I was treated I felt compelled. I'll also be sure to tell my friends and family not to ever visit this particular location. Poor customer service hand and stone, just poor!!
