Tonight was my first and last time at this outback. We got there and it was an hour wait time which is normal for a weekend but after our name was called we asked for a booth and we were told that would it would be a few moments a lady who had come in after me came in to complain that they hadn't been called yet and were immediately sat in a booth while me and my fiancé waited another 15 minutes to be sat after waiting an hour. So we got sat and our table wasn't even wiped down. Our server came up and cleaned up for us and took out appetizer order and drinks. So she comes back a few moments later to take our order. We wait awhile and servers kept bringing salads that were not what I ordered to our table. And everyone around us that was seated after us getting their food and we still hadn't gotten our bloomin onion. We finally got the bloomin onion and my salad and after all that was done we waited and everyone beside us who there after us had their food and paid already. Food finally comes out and I was so frustrated that I couldn't even eat my food. We asked Our waitress for the manager and I see him walking up and he walks right by us not just once but 6 times ignoring my eye contacts and trying to wave him over. Our waitress comes back and grabs him right away and I explain everything that happened. Our waitress was great super nice. But everything else was a nightmare he gave us our appetizer for free and be the end of our talk gave us $20 in gift cards that I don't even want. Lou Ann at there is great. But Matt their manager is awful. He shouldn't be a manager.

This was a horrible experience. Our server was okay. It was her first couple days so I understand that it's challenging I am a server myself. But the manager, Matt, was horrible. My friend ordered something and explained she was allergic to cilantro and asked for it off of her meal. When it came out with cilantro on it she had taken a bite and then realized there was cilantro and asked for her a new one explaining her allergy. She then went to the restroom where there were no paper towels and went to tell the manager. After telling him she walked back to the table and he followed after her yelling at her. Her husband stood up to greet his wife coming back to the table and he yelled at all of us for cursing, which no one had. And when we addressed him as to when someone cursed he said something and continued to say we cursed and that we had to leave. He raised his voice and yelled at us. My friend's 7 year old son did not get to finish his meal and was very upset, crying as we left the restaurant because the manager was yelling at us. It was absolutely horrible because of the manager Matt. I will not be back and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, unless you would like to get yelled at for their mistake of giving someone something you're allergic to and for explaining that there were no paper towels. Never. Again.
Best of everything here. Steak, salad, desert, prime rib, and live entertainment to boot. Make sure you get the caesar salad made table side and the banana whatever ya call it. just perfect.
Cook has no clue how to cook steaks. Their medium is absolutely raw !
