I️ have been less than happy with the scheduling and service of the personnel at the front desk of the training room. They have cancelled appoints without our permission and have scarce appointments available. The physical therapists are wonderful but we are leaving to find a better balance of therapists and availability of appointments.

I really enjoy being a member at FF! I usually go to the Cherryhill location on Rt.70, but have attended several others. It is never crowded. The staff if friendly and keep the facility clean. I enjoy the pool and the Sunday time when my kids can join me swimming. My favorite part is a nice sauna and steam after a hard workout. I recommend this gym highly.
Agree with the comments by other reviewers about the poor quality of the equipment at Future Fitness Centers, and they refused to accept cancellation of my no-commitment contract.I went to Future Fitness Centers' locations in an attempt to cancel my membership, they gave me the runaround and refused to accept my cancellation. When I called FFC, I got the same runaround and refusal to accept my cancellation.Future Fitness Centers attempted to mislead my bank by lying about my cancellation visits to FFC, claiming that some of my cancellation visits constituted use of their facilities, and falsely declared that weekend cancellations may be arranged by appointment.Future Fitness Centers had claimed I was enrolling in a no-commitment contract, but maintains that FFC may continue billing me if they refuse to accept my cancellation.As noted by other reviewers, some of the employees of Future Fitness Centers seem to hate FFC as much as many of the customers do.
I have been using Future Fitness in Cherry Hill 3 times a week for the past 8 years. I like the facilities especially the TV's on most of the equipment. The pool and spa are great. It is always clean and the staff friendly.Al Smith
Overpriced and very difficult to cancel your contract. I signed up with FF in 2006, I wanted to work out with my wife & son, but couldn't afford the $99 membership fee and $37/mo for each of us. So I wanted to cancel and they reminded me of their reasonable 90 termination policy (after 7 years!). I tried multiple times to meet with a manager to do so, but no one was available or returned my call. I showed up on 4/1 to give them a cancel letter, which I found was all I had to do after being repeatedly told I had to meet with a manager. Because I was 1 day "late" I have to pay another month membership fee. Will never join there again. They make doing business with the state seem like a pleasure - horrible customer service.
WARNING: EXTREMELY HARD TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP & RUDE ACCOUNTING DEPT.I was a member for years and the gym itself is less than impressive. I will say that the Fusion Training was great (i think they just use the space as you pay separately, this does NOT reflect that organization)That being said they make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel without a headache. I moved in June and when I called to cancel they said I had to come in. But it is hard for me to get there with work and personal schedules, so finally after months of paying and several attempts to cancel over the phone they give me the main # and say I can write a letter.Just got off the phone with the customer service and AFTER I write my letter and they receive it I have to PAY for 90 days...per my contract which i signed in 2009. That is because I am within 20 miles of an 'affiliate; gym so NOT even a Future Fitness...really!NO ONE told me this OR Reminded me this when I spoke to the 'head' people at the Mt. Laurel location.So they are getting almost 6 months of $$ from me and those 90 days I 'agreed' to as I initialed on my original contract. Guess you have to always remember to read that fine print!UPDATE: SO I just got off the phone with the Account Department and she was SO Rude. I am guessing they get tons of the same complaints and she said 'that's why they have it in the contract'. ITs funny because that line of print is so small and so much smaller than the rest of the print.The nearest 'affiliate' to me is 21.3 miles (30 minute drive). Since its under 25 miles I have to pay the 3 months.
