Do not trust a pet you love to this clinic! My 17 yr old kitty received horrible, uncaring, disdainful treatment from the owner vet. Not remotely concerned about helping my kitty, refusing to even touch her unless I agreed to anesthesia. A vet scared of a very sick, 17 yr old kitty. Wouldn't even answer my questions about basic care as I dissolved in terrified frustrated tears. Should never be allowed the trust to care for any pet, and needs to retire or go in to accounting. In my experience blackhawk should be black heart as that is the feel at the heart of the owner. As I paid my $300 for nothing, support staff offered a little kindness and advice.

Absolutely disgraceful to still be in business! Staff should NEVER even own animals let alone work with them. The vet was so rude to myself and my animal and showed no interest what so ever in helping me. Lied and said that my dog would have to go under anesthesia in order to CHECK HIS EAR! Um I'm sorry that you terrified my dog and made him uncomfortable. Maybe instead of acting like a jerk you should let him sniff you and pet him before you jab at his ears that in pain. How can you still be in business? You obviously higher with creepy intentions in mind because clearly the assistant had never been around an animal in her life must have been some reason why you hired her! Quit your job, you're not good at it. You should never treat any animal or person the way you did.
