Vaginal rejuvenation has become an important procedure through which women can regain what has diminished through pregnancy and the aging process. The supportive structure and narrow diameter of the vaginal canal may change after childbirth, or in response to biological changes. Vaginal atrophy also instigates urinary incontinence, in which urine may accidentally leak during a sneeze, a cough, or a laugh. With the CO2RE Intima, Dr. Khatri is able to provide ideal vaginal rejuvenation with no pain, leaving his patients pleased with their results.

Laser Eye Surgery
During the initial consultation, the procedure, expected results, and complications are all discussed with Dr. Khatri. Along with addressing all questions and possible concerns, we provide patients with their necessary prescriptions. Skin measurements are taken to ensure that the right amount of skin is removed. Surgical lines are marked followed by the injection of local anesthesia and the application of anesthetic drops into the eyes. Once the anesthesia has taken effect, laser and/or surgical knife are used to cut and remove the skin. Once we remove the skin, we identify the fat pads and remove them. We make sure there is no active bleeding. Once the procedure is complete, the incisions are stitched up and bandaged.

The procedure is sometimes referred to as ear pinning because it has commonly been performed on people whose ears stick out too far. Doing so can put attention back on the face, away from the ears. The procedure is customized to each patient based on their anatomy, the correction that is needed, and their goals.

We have several laser and radio-frequency devices that we use as a stand-alone skin tightening procedures.
Rhinoplasty
The obvious benefit is the ability to avoid going under the knife, which involves a lengthy recovery and swelling. Liquid rhinoplasty with Dr. Khatri takes about 30 minutes. Liquid rhinoplasty is less expensive than surgery, however, the results are not permanent (lasting about one year).

Yes. Otoplasty can be performed on healthy patients aged 5 years or older. The primary qualification that must be met for pediatric patients is that the ears have reached full physical maturity. This is usually by age 5. Patients should also be free of serious illness and able to comply with post-surgical care instructions. Otoplasty is often performed during childhood to prevent unnecessary emotional stress caused by teasing and self-consciousness about appearance.

Dr. Khatri attended the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery in Islamabad, Pakistan. He presented his research on the laser treatment of Melasma. He also taught his technique on applying fillers for lip augmentation and also Botox for fine lines and wrinkles.
