Les Schwab Tires

Had a great experience today at the Chelan Les Schwab. Everyone helped me with a tire problem successfully with great customer service. Thank you!

My fiancee purchased new brakes and tires from Les Schwab tire in Chelan and had them installed. When she got the truck back the brakes did not work correctly. We brought the truck back to have them fix the brakes. After two weeks had gone by we came back to get the truck because we never heard back. They explained that they had received a factory defect master cylinder from auto parts store and had exchanged it for a new one and that the brakes work great. Then he said that when they were driving the truck off the lift there was a big pop and the truck will no longer start.

THEY DID NOT EVEN CALL TO LET US KNOW THEY HAD BROKEN OUR TRUCK!

At this point i asked to speak with the manager. I asked if they were going to fix our truck that had been broken in their possession. He said we were welcome to try and file an insurance claim but that they are not liable. I then asked if they had ever had any other customer's vehicles break while they were driving them and he replied "never." That is the biggest bunch of bs ive ever heard. I then requested to see the video footage of them driving our truck on and off the lift which he had offered to provide. He never provided footage. We left the truck there and had our mechanic come and take it apart in the parking lot and LES SCHWAB had snapped our timing belt. And as if this wasn't all bad enough, as we started towing the truck home as we live .25 mile from Les Schwab, THE MF BRAKES STILL DO NOT WORK.
