I was very shaken up and scared. When I walked into your store last week I was looking for Tim as I usually buy from him and was approached by an employee named Justin an explained what I wanted, and he was trying to tell me what I should get for my house and was very confrontational and pressuring me into getting something I clearly was not interested in, and when he cornered me I was very frightened and shaken and another employee came over and said he was the manager i believe his name was Stan, I explained what had happened and it seemed like I was being tag teamed to buy something i was not interested in, I am not understanding why nothing was said to that employee at that time for his unprofessional behavior, way too much pressure. I received over 30 phone calls from your Justin and finally had to block him. I am not sure what issues this young man has but clearly should not be working around customers as I became very fearful and left. I have never felt more uncomfortable.

I have had the worst experience dealing with this place and my carpeting is still not even installed yet. Now that i've read others posts about their work i'm worried to even have it installed at all. When I walked in the store i was met by a man named Ron who has turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The whole time I was shopping I couldn't get two words in without him talking over me and just being plain rude. I decided to buy a runner for our staircase and came in the next day to make a $400 deposit. I dealt with a different guy, Joel, this time who was actually quite nice and listened to me. We were given an estimate around $800 for the staircase and landing. We decided a few days later before the carpet was ordered not to go with the landing, just the staircase. Ron let me know that the price would be the same anyway. I don't understand, less work, less carpet, but you're still charging me the same price? Weeks later Ron calls back again to set up a date for installation. Speaking to this man on the phone is near impossible, he talks over you constantly and has zero people skills. I was expecting a phone call the day before the install date. No phone call. The day of the planned install, Ron calls me to let me know the carpeting is not in yet and by the way, it is in no way his fault! He must have told me that at least three times. He says he'll call me when the carpeting does come in and then we can pick an install date. The next week I hear from him again, carpeting is in. Carpet is to be installed on thursday and he wants to know if i'd like a morning or afternoon install. I ask for morning. Last night, the day before scheduled install I get a phone call letting me know someone will call me between 8:30 and 10 to schedule a time to come out. I remind him that I asked for a morning delivery but he says, not the case, they will just call to schedule in the morning. Here we are today, date of install. I wait for a phone call until 10:00 and no one calls. I call and get Joel on the phone who apologizes to me and puts my salesman Ron on the phone and this is where things went south. Ron tells me that the carpet is not actually going to be installed today. Someone will come out to the house with the carpet, lay it out and then take it back to the store to cut and bind it and then come back some time next week to actually install it. Not once in this whole process was I told that this was a two day process. So now we're waiting another week for this carpeting. I went through the list of all the things that have occurred and why I'm not happy and Ron proceeds to tell me that he is not going to argue with me, this is not his fault and that his father is in hospice so he's having a hard week. I told him that we would almost rather lose our deposit and go with someone else because of the customer service and he says "fine". I couldn't believe that was the response given to me by a professional. I said "fine? you're not even going to try to smooth things over and keep my business?" He says, nope, i'll call them right now and cancel the install. At this point I ask for the owners name. Ron absolutely refuses to give it to me. I must have asked 10 times. Each time he refused and then finally hung up on me! The salesman that I've given $400 to and have yet to see anything for it, hung up the phone on me! I'm sitting here in shock at the way I was treated by this person we gave our business to. We will never even consider using this business again and discourage others from doing so.

I would honestly rate them a zero! They have no communication skills! The manager does not call back when he suppose to. They also do not care how they leave your house. The installers showed up this am. Ripped out all my carpets (only 2 useable rooms left in house) and then told us we needed to apply kilz. The installers said that there are teams that work late and someone could come back tonight. So they left with staples in the floors, tacks sticking out of floor etc. manager has been suppose to be calling us back since 10 am this morning. Every time we call he don't know anything. Won't communicate with us. How is this safe for a 10 month old and 2 year old legally blind and cancer patient?!?!

STAY AWAY!!!An agreement was made to install 6 rooms,a hallway and a stairway in my home with carpet on may 21st.The manager called 3 days in advance to tell me the carpet was in and for me to clear out the rooms. We ordered brown for the downstairs 2 rooms and green for the upstairs, which is on the invoice. They arrived that morning. They ripped out all of the old carpet and cut it up as specified in the contract, but failed to cut it into 4ft sections, which the town requires.I did tell them beforehand as well. They began installing the wrong color carpet upstairs. The workers then tell me i'm wrong until they go look at the invoice and apologize. They only brought one color, which happened to be only for the 2 rooms downstairs. They installed that, cutting it short around the threshold, which needed to be changed to a larger one to cover the carpet. They tell me the manager should call me first thing monday morning. In the meantime i have furniture in the few rooms of my house packed to the ceiling and my family is forced to hire movers again to move it twice. They also left the nail strips in the stairway,i have 3 young children who sleep upstairs.I waited until 10:15 monday morning and called myself. The manager would not reimburse me for this major inconvenience. He tells me i already got a good deal on the carpet.I told him about the problems i am having and all he says is we will ship it up from Georgia asap and he would need to talk to a district manager to see if they could discount the price. Then he says, don't be discouraged if he doesn't call back today,he has meetings today.I found out the number for the corporate manager and finally got through to him,he sends someone to the house to take out the nails and pick up the carpet, then says he will make sure the carpet gets there asap and tells me he will follow this job through to make sure i am happy. The workers show up,finish the job,and tell me they were not instructed to discount the price and their bosses could care less about the customer,as long as they get their money. They left a huge mess we had to clean.
