I refered serval new accts to them right after the referrals the great service disappeared���� we left them how ever I feel bad that the 7 people I refered are stuck! And the 8th one trying to sign up wow looking sort of bad for referring people I do business with to them
We haven't had pickup since December and that was two guys in a pickup truck that took two bags off the top and left the rest. We pay two months in advance they have no problem cashing the check but don't answer there phone. Even a courtousy letter would be nice to tell customers they are having some trouble but are fixing it! Our dumpster is so full there's bags on top! Come on people
I dont know what the problem is, but they haven't picked up our garbage since November. Cannot get hold of them and no one seems to know what the deal is.
I live in a very rural area, several miles away from any other houses. Not only is Triple D the only company that would offer me garbage collection service, but they haven't missed a single pick up. Their drivers are always courteous, and their customer service agent is friendly and polite. On top of this, they charge less than their competitors! What's not to love!

They are good people working as a small town company doing the best they can with the little resources that they have. Work with them, they're a small family owned and operated business. I know many of them bust their butts to keep the customers happy, so please be understanding that they had two trucks break down at the same time!! They're wonderful people and will get there. Be supportive, use local disposal services.
They haven't gotten the trash in our dumpster since April. My husband and I got fed up and switched company's in June and moved theirs farther away from our house. The smell an flies are horrendous!!
Working in customer service for over 9 years I can with out a dout say this is the worst service or for better words " non-service" I have ever had. I was excited to get a dumpster for spring cleaning,( this dumpster which we pay to have dumped twice a month) and our expecting of our first son. Thinking this was a great idea to manage our trash we made the call for the dumpster and paid the two months advance. The first month they didnt even pick it up.. the second month they were late. With the excuse of broken down trucks. We called and complained and unfortunetly no apology, just a lady with a bad attitude. I told her I would not pay if this was a reaccuring problem. She said she was sending someone right now. The man finally arrived at 6 pm. We thanked him in hopes this would be the end of our problems. Seems not... we are still having problems. I think the saddest part is that we have tried to be as understanding and nice as possible but now we call and there is no answer. Now we are to the point of wanting our money back or at least credit since we are not and have not been recieving our paid service.
