My first instinct is to not respond to any negative comments; however, recently a client pointed out to me that we should respond because a lot of great people may not come to Spa Morrell and miss the best spa experience in town. I was so glad to hear clients ask me about any negative comments on this site. I have 2 words to describe the negative comments: OLD EMPLOYEES. (Who were let go from our facility) Spa Morrell is a customer service based company that cares about your spa experience, most importantly we want you to come back every chance you get to pamper yourself. If at any time you feel like you did not get the spa experience you expected, it is important you let us know. I would like to say, as the manager, if you are unhappy with your experience or how you are treated at our facility you WILL get your money back. The staff cares about how you are treated and are very attentive to your pampering needs. By no means do we use products from common stores. Our products are professional and high end, our treatments are as well. If you are reading our online comments, please take note that the bad reviews are old employees whom where let go. As you can see, the reviews very much target the owner. The staff at Spa Morrell is very attentive and cares about your time with us. VISIT us, you have absolutely nothing to loose, we guarantee you’ll have the best spa experience in town! AND, we hope after your great time with us, you will leave us a review that other potential clients will find valuable. Check us out for our Valentines Day Specials!

I usually still hurt when I leave a chiropractor after a visit but not when leaving here! Made a big improvement ! Highly recommend !
This guy is the best chiropractor in the known universe and his staff Beth(office manager) and Heather ( his massage therapist) are the best of the …
I am a doctor who had knee surgery 9 months ago, my first experience with aa physical therapist started out ok but since I was not carefully observed while exercising, I compensated and regressed back to the point of limping. I went back to seek help, was brushed off. I had many recommendations for Peak physical therapy. They are wonderful, they actually do one on one care, they don't have assistants watching you, they watch you. My physical therapist was Allison. She was amazing, she paid close attention to me, she constantly helped me do exercises correctly and most important, she tailored my recovery to the level of fitness that I wanted. I want to be very active and she embraced that. I am so happy with my experience that I have referred at least 10 patients in the last 2 months.
If you're looking for relief from pain--help with scoliosis pain, a pulled muscle, Shawn is your man! He has worked with the Tennessee Vols football team and knows his muscles. He is the ONLY massage therapist in Chattanooga or anywhere else who has helped me with major issues. I walked in once, having been hunched over for 3 months and having seen a chiropractor 3x a week for those same three months and Shawn enabled me to walk out standing straight after that one session! That was 10 years ago and I have been a customer ever since. I have debilitating scoliosis and not one chiropractor, not one massage therapist, not one PHYSICAL therapist even has helped me as much as Shawn has!
In opening let me say, I take my massages very seriously, pretty much one of my absolute beloved past times! Chris was my massage therapist and he was extraordinary. I had gone far too long without a massage, but I had a coupon and decided it was worth a try... and got really lucky that I found this place. I have probably had 1632 different massage therapists (yes really, like I said, I adore them) over the years and this was top three. I even bought a Gift Certificate for one of the other massage therapist friends Ralsh in the top 3 so she could go and enjoy Chris' hands on him, if that's not saying something I don't know what would! :) definitely worth the trip.
I always feel relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated after visiting The Body Remedy. The massages are wonderfully relaxing and very theraputic. The signature massage is geared towards our needs, from easing the stress of a very busy schedule to sports injuries. Kristy Sue has been taking care of the whole family's hair needs for years and we have always been satisfied. The facials are wonderful and I enjoy the pedicures. The Body Remedy is very warm and welcoming. The staff is always professional, friendly and very helpful.
Let me be the first to say that Dr. Jerry Smith is one of the most exceptopmal doctors that I have ever had the privilage to go to. He is understanding, caring, and just an all around good guy. He takes the time to listen to you and what your problems are. And will do his best to make you whole again. I will give him a 5 star rating as far as doctor's go. I would reccomend him to anyone that is in need of a compasionate kind man..... Mitchell Bunch
Scott's energy is fantastic. I felt great & could still feel energy emaninating off of me when I got home. I had the best night's sleep in a long time. Thank you so much Scott. Terri Excellent service. Super friendly... this was my wife and myself first massage and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and relax. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back.
If you haven't scheduled an appointment with Shane Ginder yet, it's probably because you are having pain lifting your arm to make the call and I assure you Shane Ginder can fix that :) Countless times have i gone in with a pain, ache, sore and walked out vibrant and anew! Man oh man, what a Godsend!
For this to be a no judgement gym they need to start with their employees. I experienced them talking about a gym member with another customer that was standing there. It made me feel very insecure thinking they would talk about me. So sad and pathetic. Hire some adults
My husband and I both have used Peak fitness. Our physical therapy was wonderful. We were so pleased with the results that we sent our Father n law to them. He went from barely able to walk to lifting weights and walking 3 miles a day. We strongly recommend them.
