Rude reception and selective attention to guests. Not even have the basic manners. Even if the food is great and your facility is great , all will go in vain because of the Worst hospitality.
The front desk hospitality is one of the Worst. Rude reception and selective too. Did not expect in a franchise of a world famous restaurant chain

It is as horrible as always… in an hour they brought 6… yes 6 crab legs that were the size of baby fingers… I asked if they were going to put more out… she told me to be patient with a distinct attitude…I told her I had been but that was ridiculous… and bathrooms were dingy and dirty… the waiter was nice… told her it had been a long time since I'd been there… would not be back…
there were no locks on the doors and i felt someone could come in, anyone, at any time. the floor of the bathroom around the toilet was very crusty, and when i felt like throwing up, i realized, i was not the only one.
Horrible food. Chicken was recooked and egg drop soup smelled like rotten eggs. Owner forced us and shamed us in front of other customers saying no other customer complain. Will never be back. We didn't eat but he made us pay for our food. Wrong wrong wrong.
This is my favorite buffet in town, hands down! The decor is beautiful, the food is delicious, and in all the years I have lived in Chattanooga, they have never done me wrong.
love love love their crab legs and sushi bar!! and that the waitress comes and refills my drink when it gets half empty!!
Really yummy food that never disappoints. Also, the lunch specials make it a bargain few other places can match
JMH made me uncomfortable. Half of what I shared was took out of context into a negative rephrasel and written down.Staff seemed very insincere and jaded.Beware.
