1-on-1 Personal Training takes training and motivation seriously. Had a great consultation with Adam who got me signed up, and now I work one-on-one with Amanda, who both challenges and motivates me. I love our sessions. Even better, this place is not a meat market; not a bunch of show-offs trying to get you to buy this or that. It's just about getting leaner, stronger, healthier. I've worked out at a lot of gyms from NYC to London, and this place is my favorite workout place because it surpasses a gym.
