Having a husband in Hospice care while I'm permanently physically disabled has been difficult. Our old pharmacy was great, they delivered promptly but are closed on the weekend was a deal breaker. Without fail, every time he had a medical crisis, it always happened on the weekend, unfortunately. Now I've found a pharmacy that can meet all our needs. They can accept electronically transmitted (faxed) prescriptions, great for those of us that can't get out of the house!
Are you tired of waiting an hour or more at the chain pharmacies? Well wait no more, the most I have ever waited was 20 minutes with the avg/normal being 10 minutes. Are you tired of other pharmacies being out of your RX, not here, I've never had a problem with getting any of my RX filled, including my hard to find ones. The staff is caring and nice..I highly recommend this pharmacy
I went to rite aid to fill my sons perscription and the people there was very friendly an silly too. The cashier was so warm hearted an friendly i felt like i've been knowing her for years. She played with my kids, made sure i recieved a rite aid card,....lol an had a conversation with everybody in line all at one time. That lady made my day cause i was a little fustrated.
Access Pharmacy brings a bit of old fashioned neighborly service to the often intimidating world of medicine and health care. These folks know how to treat the customer as king and respectfully and wisely recommend services beneficial to all ages. You couldn't ask for a better friend in the health care system.
They just need five more people in the pharmacy. There are always five or six there but ALWAYS s long line and long wait! The drive thru communication boxes are horrible quality and unfortunately the drive thru assistants do not speak English well. It is a big headache!
They have almost everything here (clothes, video games, toys, paper goods, housewares, a food section, automotive, baby dept., etc.) and the prices are very reasonable. The store is neat and clean and it's a pleasure to shop there.
Excellent customer service, shorter lines unlike the big corporations, locally owned, small town neighborly atmosphere, and you're a name, not a number. " "Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name."
Employees are great! When we had an emergency, they were very helpful. The pharmacist is friendly and courteous, and the service is faster than our old pharmacy. Prices are competitive with larger drug store.
We were visiting Chattanooga and my sister's breathing machine went out. We were unable to reach the company she got her current machine from and Fred went out of his way to help her get the oxygen she needed
