My wife and I have Never experienced a more friendly and accommodating car dealership! They made our car buying experience a real Pleasurable experience! In fact we were on our way to another dealership, and remembered how well Fulton Lewis our salesman treated us and took the time to really take care of us. even though we weren't purchasing that day. Well that was just the beginning , after seeing Fulton again and ( Just Love That Man) detailing our situation to him, which I might add was pretty strange. we proceeded . Larry White the Sales Manager was ever bit as nice and accommodating as well to us! He went the extra mile to help us out! The office Manager Tara Stricklin was nice also and thoroughly took her time to explain every detail to us! Every one we met was nice and made us feel special.The credit manager was just as nice, too! We are TOTALLY SATISFIED with our purchase! We left in our new car, and felt we really made a bunch of new friends!

My experience with Kelly Subaru can be described in one word: Horrendous. Upon dropping off my vehicle after a major engine problem had occurred the service department was very distant in their tone and made it seem as though I was inconveniencing them by bringing my car in for service. I called several days after dropping the car off only to find that they hadn’t even started disassembling yet. Several calls back and forth were made only for hollow promises for a completion date. It seemed like they were wasting my time and with labor charges at nearly 40% of the bill that was not something I took kindly to. When I finally did get to pick up my car I was dismayed to find it with an empty gas tank, a dead battery, completely filthy, and without the front bumper put back on it. After spending over $10,000 in service this year alone I was shocked to find not even the slightest resemblance of customer appreciation. After paying for their so called “service”, the technicians proceeded to stand and watch as I put the bumper back on myself in the parking lot. I would rather drive 3 hours away to another certified Subaru dealer than come back to Kelly Subaru.
The man that answered was hateful saying, you know your calling a elevater, I said how do I get service dept, he said like I would know, I said excuse me this # is inYP. If you don't w ant talked down on, don't call.
Without a doubt the worst car repair experience of my life.1. My quote went from $1600 to $1200 when I complained. They didn't tell me that they were leaving parts out of the repair. Inside the engine.2. Within 5 miles of leaving I had problems.3. Somehow 9 hours ($900) billed the first time became 1.5 hours to "go back in". And the problem that I took it back for (that wasn't there before the repair) was not fixed. I honestly believe that they did not replace the part that I was billed for. But they did comp me for that time.4. They could not grasp the fact that the car had to be driven a few minutes before it started making noise. Even though I mentioned it several times.5. Took it back again for another look and asked them to look into why my A/C no longer works. The Service Advisor made no note of my comment about the A/C. Still not working.5. Told by the Service Manager that I had a bad serpentine belt bearing making the noise. Told by the Service Advisor that they replaced it, it didn't make much difference...and they took it back off. And the A/C? A crimped O-ring. It has to be removed and put back in to get crimped. And I surely did not do that.Overall experience was absolutely terrible. This is the first time that I have taken my vehicle to a dealer and I will never do so again. I could get better service from a shade tree mechanic and save $1000 in the process.And they lost my new car business. So ultimately, it's their loss...
Last week I took my Infiniti G35 to Kelly Collision for some repairs. I have to say that they do excellent work. You can't even tell there was anything wrong with the bumper that they fixed. It looks perfect. They even cleaned the outside of my car and vacuumed out the interior. They are also very friendly people. They treat you greatly. I felt welcome every time I was there. They were all very friendly.
dont slow down if you go by here,i wont say they are the lowest,but they will skin you if given a slight opportunity.i purchased an new altama here and paid it off.i erronously thoght that would afford me some trust or honesty.so my wife was driving a great 05 ford escape perfect shape,but hi miles,so we stop in at hunt where i had purchased my altama she picked out a jute she liked,and i trusted i would be treated fairly(wrong)wrong wrong.i signed all the papers and gave they suggested i should use n.m.a.c.financingi was told they gave me a discount on the car and allowed me 5000.00 for my ford.i sent all info to n.m.a.c. they were supposed to draw payments from my bank.!i paid 1st installment because time to process.after 3 months i started getting rude calls from collection in india,i told them some mistake.payment were auto.i could hardly understand them and after being cut off several times i had them switch me to english speaking person who was in texas.he iinformed me the number i gave them for my bank acct.was incorrect.i read him the number off my check,,he said no good i had my wife read him the number,he said i would have to go to my bank and get the bank to give him the number!!my wife had just come home from knee replacment,but i went to the bank and the loan officer called the number in texas read them the same number off the same check and they said fine..i was so upset i asked the bank if i could get it finance at the bank and she looked at what i was financing and informed it was underwater and i would have to put up at least 800.00 to finance it.i could have fell over,what happened to the discount,and the trade.!!!for the car to still after a paymentowing more than the retail price of the car.once im cheated like this hunt may gain a few dollars but ill never trade another auto there ill get my service on the cars thats it..claude miller
Service department is rude and arrogant. I wouldn't even buy an oil filter from this place again.
