WENT THERE TODAY FOR DRYER PART. RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! AFTER BEING GIVEN THE PART THAT WAS NEEDED, WAS TOLD I COULD GO ONLINE WITH PART NUMBER AND IT WOULD TELL HOW TO INSTALL. AFTER HAVING ISSUES WITH PART, CALLED THEM BACK AND WAS TOLD THAT THATS WHY EXPERIENCED PERSON SHOULD WORK ON PRODUCT. YES, THAT MAY BE TRUE. SOME MOMS ARE SINGLE MOMS AND CANT AFFORD EXPERIENCED PERSONS TO CHARGE ARM AND LEG FO SERVICES. THEREFORE, THEY TAKE UPON THEMSELEVES TO TRY THEIR BEST TO FIX THE PROBLEM., REGARDLESS OF SITUATION, CUTOMERS NEED TO BE TREATED AS IF THEY ARE APPRECIATED, NOT TO JUST COME IN DOOR-- GET THE PART THEY NEED AND BE TOLD TO GO ONLINE FOR INSTUCTIONS. I WORK WITH PUBLIC 6 DAYS A WEEK. SHOWING APPRECIATION FOR THEIR BUSINESS IS A SURE WAY TO GET SOMEONE TO RETURN. THE GUY THAT WAS AT COUNTER TODAY, OBVIOUSLY WAS HAVING A BAD DAY OR NEEDED A JOB THAT HAD LESS DEALING WITH PUBLIC RELATIONS. FIRST TIME THIS EVER HAPPENING AT BROWNS. GONNA LOSE CUSTOMERS IF HE CONTINUES TO WORK BEHIND COUNTER.......
Very Unhappy I just called down there to get a heating element that is MISSING from my sisters unit and the guy said he could not go by serial and model number had to have the old part. I said so I can go to Lowes and Home Depot? he said Yes. THEY don't want your buissness, your bothering them.
