Great experience with Mike and the Southeast Total Service team. Contacted them on a Sunday about water heater and pressure reduction valve / water hammer issues and Mike came out early the next day, Monday. Quickly resolved the faulty water pressure reduction valve issue and gave me solid guidance and quotes on replacing my old water heater.

sewer line was not working probably. Came out promptly; used camera to locate issue.

Rich Gipson did the plumbing that was needed at my house. He was great. He did an excellent job and was very kind and helpful. I can't praise him enough to give justice for his work.

Very slow response time and showed up way past the appointment window I was given. Technician was very rude, condescending and unprofessional and basically called me a liar in my own home. Would not recommend at all!

Had a pretty bad plumbing incident...AT 11:30 PM!!! These guys had two men out at my house in less than 45 mins....and the problem solved in no time at all. Called them after the first plumber didn't show up. They told me they would be out the next day and would call me when they were headed my way. No call or plumber. Called to leave a voice message but they never called me back. Called Keefe and they came out as promised & fixed the problem.

Unbelievably good service! I had a major plumbing emergency in the middle of the night: the emergency response time was amazingly fast, and when the problem couldn't be solved immediately (they needed to dig and it was the middle of the night), they came right back the next day and got the job done. It was also incredibly affordable. I will never go anywhere else. Absolutely fantastic.

I happened to be taking care of my grandma when South East Total Service's commercial came on. Needing a water heater replaced I just called them to see what rates I would be looking at. I had priced several and they were the most affordable. I scheduled my appointment and they were on time and very efficient. I won't take any of my plumbing business needs anywhere else!
