I have eaten @ this Smokey Bones Restaurant for over 10 years. Service & food have been excellent until the last 2 times. Last time a new waiter served me WET ribs instead of DRY RUB ribs & told me "it depends on the cook whether or not the dry rub is wet or dry". I really wanted dry rub Smokey Bones ribs tonight, but the same waiter tried to tell me the same thing. So I left and am totally disappointed. I called and talked with the manager on duty, Christie, and explained what happened. She was very nice and apologized. She also offered to fix me a full rack of baby back ribs with Memphis dry rub at no charge. I'm heading over now to Pick them up...Christie was very professional and is correcting the situation.

Service and food sucked. Sad that the kitchen can't make a simple sandwich correctly the first 2 times. Will not return.

hit or miss

1st time I went it was good. next 3 times awful on all accounts. last 2 times excellent. plus how can you beat $6 large pitcher of Miller lite?

great food, great service

We went to this place right after Ocoee rafting, so we were hungry out-of-towners looking for some decent place to eat. It was late Sunday afternoon, and there were not so many people in the restaurant. We sat outside. The waitress did everything we asked for and she did it right. She shut off the fan because we were still feeling cold after rafting, she heated our wine to the right degree, and she brought water with no ice. The steak and ribs were excellent, as well as baked potato, green side salad, beans, and coleslaw. Overall, great service and great food, so I recommend this place.
