Rivermont Presbyterian’s Early Learning Center which consists of Wee Care and Pre-Kindergarten is a mission of Rivermont Presbyterian Church. It started as a Mother’s Day Out and has evolved into a preschool. The Wee Care Program (ages 1-3) meets 2 days a week — either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday from 9:00-2:00. The Pre-Kindergarten (ages 3 - 5) has 3 classes that meet Monday thru Thursday from 9:00-2:00. The Pre-K children go on Field Trips throughout the year. Our program is a "3-Star" (highest) rated program by the State of Tennessee. All classes are taught by two teachers and have age-appropriate curricula and themes. In addition, we have music, chapel, gym time with riding toys, and 2 playgrounds. We also have special events such as visits from the Chattanooga Aquarium and the Chattanooga Fire Department, a Christmas Music Program featuring all the children, and activities celebrating special holidays.
