We had the unpleasant experience eating at RED Lobster Hixson TN.

Walk in there is a 15 minute wait to be seated. While waiting we see 3 booths empty and 3 groups waiting. We finally get seated and there are 2 booths empty the entire time we are there about 1 hour. It took about 30 minutes to get our meal. When served the sides were not with the meal. We had to ask for them.

When we left the same 2 booths were still empty and people still waiting to be seated.

I live 10 miles from Hixson. I spent the rest of the day in the restroom.

I will never eat at Red Lobster again.
