Red Lobster is a food chain that operates more than 600 restaurants in the United States and Canada. With a presence in Chattanooga, Tenn., it is a seafood establishment that serves steaks, lobster, crab, tuna, scallops and shrimp. It also offers a variety of wines, including pinot noir, chardonnay and fume blanc. Founded in 1968, the restaurant offers food items from its fresh fish, beverage, dessert and specialty LightHouse menus for lunch and dinner.
